Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
The Rose in Limenaria villa, as the name suggests, is located in Limenaria, one of the livelier places on Thassos. The beach is approximately 450m away. The accommodation is based on bed and breakfast. Currently, there are two units available: one studio for two people and one duplex apartment (an apartment with two separate bedrooms), which can accommodate up to six people. Both units are air-conditioned, equipped with a kitchen, have their own balcony (which overlooks the garden and the sea from afar), bathroom, and parking.
