Overall, it was exceptional.

It is a disgrace to recommend this place to anyone for rent. The apartment is meant for four, yet it contains only three chairs and two plates. Ants are wandering throughout the apartment. Only once, after our persistent insistence, was the bedding changed and the floor cleaned during our ten-night stay. The bathroom is a complete horror. There is no curtain in the shower cabin, so everything around it gets wet as if you are stepping from the shower into a pool. Hot water is available only sporadically. A major disaster, and I would not recommend this to anyone.

An excellent accommodation when we consider all aspects. First and foremost, the hosts are exceptionally kind.

Everything was perfect: two air conditioners, two terraces, new and functional kitchen elements, a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, a television with about ten channels, parking in front of the entrance with shade, helpful and available hosts, and proximity to the beach.

The average rating for this accommodation, although it appears very nice and renovated from the outside, is simple and poorly maintained inside. The owners give the impression that they do not even bother to replace the non-working light bulbs or to spray for ants and bugs in the kitchen. Of the two burners, only one was functional, and the water in the sink barely dripped. Although the apartment is meant for four, we had only three plates and three glasses, and we had to buy dish soap and a sponge. On the upper terrace, there was only one chair. Our entire vacation was wonderful, but such small details really spoil the impression.

A wonderful family accommodation, cleanliness and comfort at an admirable level. The owners' relationship with each guest is incredible. Every morning, they reach out to you and ask if everything is alright. Do we need anything? They guide us to interesting locations, being both a host and a friend at the same time. Thank you to them. We will come again! The beach is not far from the apartment. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are all just a minute away. The air conditioning worked excellently, each floor has its own unit, and the parking for cars is shaded, ensuring the vehicles were well cared for. In front of each apartment, there are chairs and a table for morning or evening coffee, and internet access is also available... Everything was top-notch! A warm recommendation!

This accommodation is extremely comfortable and of high quality, featuring an exceptionally kind and accommodating owner. It is conveniently located close to the beach, yet far enough from noise (except for a minor road nearby from which motorcyclists can occasionally be heard at night). I highly recommend it, especially for smaller families or for two or more families vacationing together.

The duplex is situated in an excellent location, in a quiet area between two smaller towns. Nearby, there are shops, a bakery, and a butcher. Parking is provided. The owners are very pleasant people. The aspects we found unsatisfactory are as follows: an uncomfortable bed on the ground floor of the duplex, a poorly equipped kitchen, and in the bedroom that leads to the terrace, there are no screens (according to the owner, there were screens, but the children went through them several times and broke them), it would be beneficial to design a better faucet for washing off sand after returning from the beach. Overall, the impressions are positive, and if the mentioned shortcomings are addressed, the accommodation deserves every recommendation.

We have just returned from Almyra. The maisonettes are quite nice and comfortable. The nearest beach is truly just 100 meters away, and we particularly enjoyed it there since it wasn't crowded. The shallow area is very long, which is perfect for small children. At night, there are events to stroll around...

The apartment looks beautiful, is well-equipped, and features new furniture. An air conditioner is unnecessary. The beach is very close, about a 2-minute walk away. The greatest advantage is the excellent location, but for this price, one could find better options. Free parking in the courtyard, one space per apartment, with 2-3 balconies/terraces per apartment, which is perfect for enjoying mornings and evenings. Everything looks just like in the pictures. Friendly staff. Cons: The biggest drawback is the very poorly equipped bathroom; there is no shower cabin, no cabinets, just one shelf that cannot hold everything. Hygiene is not at a commendable level; we had to clean the bathroom ourselves upon entering the apartment, and we found stained bedding that we requested to be replaced. Cleaning and changing bedding occurs every four days and includes changing the bedding and mopping the floor, nothing more. The kitchen is incomplete; we later received utensils for four people, but the knives were dull, and we had to purchase a sharp one. We also had to buy dishwashing equipment. The WiFi internet is very poor; if all the apartments are full, connecting becomes an impossible mission, and you must wait for someone to "disconnect" from the internet. Most mosquito nets are torn. There are two towels for four people and one blanket; upon request, we received everything we needed and clean.

The only things lacking in the bathroom are a shower curtain, which is essential, and perhaps a shelf for storing personal hygiene items. Everything else is satisfactory, making this accommodation highly recommended, as it is close to the beach and just a few minutes' walk from the city's seaside promenade.

The apartment is clean and new. It is furnished with new furniture and new carpentry. It is well insulated, making air conditioning unnecessary at 33 degrees. The beach is beautiful and located about 200 meters from the apartment. The location is peaceful, and the landlady is available most of the day. Free parking is available in the yard with 10 spaces. The sound of crickets and the scent of the sea provide a unique atmosphere. However... The kitchen is incomplete, equipped with only a few plates, two knives, and three forks. Dishwashing equipment was provided later upon our request. An iron is not available in the apartment, but can be borrowed from the landlady as needed, and a board is not included. A hairdryer is also not available, nor is a washing machine. WiFi internet exists only in theory; it is impossible to send a message saying "we have arrived," let alone anything more. Mosquito nets are partially torn. A grill is available but not used. The seating set in the garden is reserved for the hosts. There are 2 large and 2 small towels for 4 people. This did not bother us, but we hope it will help someone in choosing accommodation.

The villa is excellent, the hostess is very kind, everything is clean and new, the nightingales enhance both the mornings and the evenings, simply beautiful. The beach is superb, highly recommended for small children.

I returned from the seaside two days ago, having spent 15 days in the aforementioned accommodation, and I feel compelled to share my impressions. What you see in the picture is indeed accurate; the hostess, Elena, is a wonderful woman, accommodating in every way, striving to make you feel comfortable in a homely atmosphere. The beach is very close and perfect for a family vacation; it is spacious, with fine sand, so you won’t find yourself jostling with other people. The water is delightful, clear, with waves in the morning, but the sea is calm in the afternoon. There is ample space for play, swimming, and diving. There are plenty of markets and restaurants in the vicinity, the place is tranquil, free from noise, a true retreat in every sense of the word. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and accommodation to anyone with children who wishes to genuinely escape the noise and hustle of the city.
