Hotel Description

Almyra Villas is a complex of modern, quality and well equipped maisonettes in Golden Beach. It’s located in the middle of bay, so Skala Potamia is only two minutes by car driving from it, while the most famous sandy beach is only two minutes by walking. This accommodation is perfect for the families looking for comfort and nice sandy beach nearby.

Accommodation is located at 150m from the beach and 1,5km from the center of Skala Potamia. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away.

In total there are nine air-conditioned maisonettes (apartments on two levels) with a very well equipped kitchen, large fridge, TV, WiFi internet access and mosquito nets on the windows. Hair dryer and iron are available on request. All maisonettes are the same size (45m2) and arranged in the same way. Downstairs is a kitchen with a fridge, dining table and a folding sofa for two persons. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, TV and air conditioning. There is an A/C on the ground floor, also. An extra bed can be added. Sitting space is located downstairs, in front of the entrance and the balcony is upstairs.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen are done after four days.

In a large and nicely decorated courtyard, guests can use a mobile barbecue, while each accommodation unit has a parking place provided.

If you’re looking for nice and quality accommodation with a large courtyard for a carefree children play, close to a very beautiful beach with sand and shallow water, Almyra Villas can be an excellent choice.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
