Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Elena House is a spacious accommodation, with private parking and friendly owners who are there for all your inquiries. It is an apartment with two balconies, located in a quiet area, making it an ideal choice for guests who prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The accommodation is situated in Limenaria, more precisely in Kalivia, a part of Limenaria that you pass through when heading towards the village of Kastro. The apartment is about 1.3 kilometers away from the beach. The nearest shop is located 300m away.

The apartment is located on the high ground floor and features two balconies - one accessed from the bedroom overlooking the backyard, and one from the living room overlooking the street and front yard. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom, with a bathtub and shower curtain, is accessible from the hallway, where there is also a washing machine available for guests.
