The apartment is located on the high ground floor and features two balconies - one accessed from the bedroom overlooking the backyard, and one from the living room overlooking the street and front yard. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom, with a bathtub and shower curtain, is accessible from the hallway, where there is also a washing machine available for guests.

The living room includes a kitchen and a sofa bed for two persons. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, as well as a stove with oven and four burners.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
