Hotel Description
House of Hearts is a newly built and very spacious accommodation, furnished in a modern way, providing its guests everything they need for a comfortable stay. It also has private parking which is a great advantage.
This accommodation is located in Limenas, 900m from the city beach and 400m from the center. The first shop and bakery are located 200m from the accommodation.
The apartment (150m2) is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room. The first bedroom has one double bed and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, which is smaller, there is also one double bed, but unlike the first bedroom, this one also has a bathroom with shower and a cabin. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a balcony overlooking nearby buildings. In the hallway there is another bathroom, which has a bathtub and a washing machine.
The living room is very spacious and consists of a seating area, a dining table, as well as a work desk and there is a large balcony with a street view on which you exit from the living room. As in the bedrooms and in the living room there is air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can find everything you need to cook a meal such as electric stove with oven, large fridge, espresso machine, microwave, electric kettle, etc.
The accommodation has private parking, which is located behind the accommodation.
The guests maintain hygiene of the apartment by themselves. For shorter stays than seven days, guests also bring their own towels and bed linen. If the stay is longer than seven days, with the agreement with owners, they can change your bedding and towels.
To reach the House of Hearts, you need to continue straight from where you disembarked and turn left at the first crossroad in Dimitriadou Street. Continue straight and turn left in the second street as soon as you pass the Arenopoulos Market. As soon as you pass the Vicky Hotel, turn right and continue straight and at the end of the street you will see a one floor building with the House of Hearts sign next to the door.
If you want spacious and new accommodation very close to all the amenities that Limenas has and which also has private parking, House of Hearts can be a great choice.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
