Our description
Molos villa is a nice accommodation in Limenas with fantastic courtyard for enjoying with family. The owners are very kind and unobtrusive people, so there is no doubt that you will feel like at home.
Vournelis beach is 280m away (using the shortcut) and the city center is 1,4km away.
It is a very interesting building built of stone and wood. It offers 12 accommodation units - two apartments, two studios and eight rooms without a kitchen.
There are two apartments on the ground floor, one of which can host four and the other up to six people. In the apartment (32m2), which can accommodate four people, there is one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the living room. The apartment (40m2), which is designed for a maximum of six people, consists of one bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two sofa beds.
There are also two studios on the ground floor that can accommodate three to four people. The three-bed studio consists of one doubke bed and a couch for one person, while the four-bed studio consists of one double bed and a sofa bed, dimensions 1.20 x 1.80. The area of a studio in which a maximum of three people can stay is 20m2, while the area of a four-bed studio is 25m2.
In addition to studios and apartments, there are also five rooms without a kitchen on the ground floor (there is a common room in the yard). There are three triple rooms (one has a double bed and a sofa bed, while the other two rooms are equipped with one double bed and an extra bed) and two double rooms with one double bed.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each of which has one double bed. The area of the rooms varies and is on average from 16m2 to 19m2.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have bathroom, most of them have a terrace or veranda and WiFi internet. Baby cot is available for use upon request and pets are welcome.
Cleaning is performed daily, while the bed linen and towel are replaced every 3-4 days.
The courtyard is the most valuable asset of this villa. It's fenced, with a lot of shade, full of greenery and feature a playground for children and garden furniture for sitting and enjoying. There's also built in barbecue, a kitchen for meal preparation, as well as tables and chairs for dining. We believe that everyone would enjoy in the shade with his family and friends, in the comfort that this gorgeously landscaped courtyard provides. Accommodation doesn't have a private parking, but you can park in front of the entrance to the courtyard.
Accommodation is located at the exit of Limenas toward Skala Prinos. After you exit the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the main road by the sea (about 300m). When you get to the part where a narrower road right leads to the hotel Vournelis and the homonymous beach, continue to follow the main road and turn left. After about 150m you'll reach the first major intersection (with street Dimitriadou) and there turn right. A hundred meters further you will see villas Albatros and Roxana, and finally Molos Villa on the right side of the street.
If you want decent accommodation in Limenas as a base for touring the island, but also for evening walks, Molos Villa can be a great choice, because it's very close to the famous beaches like Tarsanas, Nisteri, Papalimani, La Scala, Makriamos and Marble.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sve pohvale za domacine, veoma su ljubazni, gostoprimljivi. Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji, sve je cisto, udobno. Villa Molos je za svaku preporuku.

Prelepa plaza Tarzanas na 3 min hoda od smestaja, takodje plaza Papias. Lepa setnja pored mora pesackom stazom do centar grada. Dvoriste siroko zeleno uredjeno, sobe komforne, sredjuju se i ciste svaki dan, a najveci utisak ostavlja ljubaznost vlasnika!

Utisci moje porodice i mene same se ne mogu opisati samo rečima. Toliko smo se prijatno osećali u smeštaju, jednom rečju kao kod kuće. Za same vlasnike imam samo reči hvale, toliko su prijatni ljudi i radi da u svakom trenutku izadju u susret. Jednom rečju vratili smo se puni utisaka i sa zeljom da se opet vrstimo u Villu Molos. Smeštaj je za svaku preporuku
