Our description
Molos Villa is a beautiful accommodation in Limenas with a fantastic courtyard for family enjoyment. The owners are very pleasant and unobtrusive individuals, so there is no doubt that you will feel right at home.
It is located about 280m from the Vournelis beach and about 1.4km from the strict center.
This is a very interesting property built of stone and wood. It offers 12 accommodation units - two apartments, two studios, and eight rooms without a kitchen.
On the ground floor, there are two apartments, one that can accommodate four and the other up to six people. The apartment (32m2) that can accommodate four people has one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds in the living room. The apartment (40m2) intended for a maximum of six people consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two sofa beds.
On the ground floor, there are also two studios that can accommodate from three to four people. The triple studio consists of one double bed and a single sofa bed, while the quadruple studio consists of one double bed and a sofa bed, measuring 1.20 x 1.80. The area of the studio that can accommodate a maximum of three people is 20m2, while the area of the quadruple studio is 25m2.
In addition to the studios and apartments, on the ground floor, there are five rooms without a kitchen (there is a shared one in the courtyard). There are two triple rooms (one with a double bed and a sofa bed, while the other two rooms are equipped with one double bed and an extra bed), two double rooms with one double bed each, and one quadruple room with a double bed and bunk beds.
On the upper floor, there are three double rooms with one double bed each. The size of the rooms varies, averaging from 16m2 to 19m2. An extra bed can be added to the double rooms/studios.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a bathroom, most have a terrace or veranda, and WiFi internet. A baby cot is available upon request, and pets are welcome.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.
The courtyard is truly the greatest value of this villa. It is enclosed, full of shade, green areas, toys for children, and seating sets for relaxation. There is also a built-in barbecue and a kitchen for meal preparation, as well as plenty of tables and chairs for dining. We believe that everyone would enjoy the thick shade with their family and friends, in the comfort that this brilliantly designed courtyard provides. The accommodation does not have private parking, but you can park by the road in front of the property.
The accommodation is located at the exit from Limenas towards Skala Prinos. After you exit the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the main road by the sea (about 300m). When you reach the section where the narrow road straight ahead leads to the Vournelis hotel and the beach of the same name, continue along the main road and turn left. After about 150m, you will reach the first major intersection (with Dimitriadu Street) and turn right there. A hundred meters further, you will see the Albatros and Roxani villas, and finally, the Molos villa on the right side of the street.
If you are looking for decent accommodation in Limenas as a base for exploring the island, but also for evening strolls, Molos Villa could be an excellent choice, as it is very close to famous beaches such as Tarsanas, Nisteri, Papalimani, La Scala, Makriamos, and Marble.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Vila Molos je jedan odlican smestaj u gradu Limenasu na Tasosu. Proveli smo 10 prelepih dana u ovoj vili. Nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini plaze Tarsanas,koja ima prirodnog hlada. U blizini vile se nalaze i supermarketi Lidl,Masutis i Kritikos gde se moze naci sve sto vam je potrebno. Odlikuje je savrsena cistoca,prelepo dvoriste i mesto za pravi odmor. Blizu centra grada,a opet imate savrseni mir i tisinu. Ispred vile je obezbedjen i parking,tako da je i sa te strane idealno mesto za letovanje. Vlasnici izuzetno ljubazni,nenametljivi a opet uvek tu ako vam nesto zatreba. Poslednjeg dana dobili smo i poklon od vlasnice Semi,sto nas je dodatno odusevilo. Iz ove vile nosimo jako lepe utiske,i nadam se da cemo se nekom novom prilikom opet vratiti i uzivati u vili Molos.

Molos Vili se vraćamo drugi put, preljubazni vlasnici i higijena koja je zaista na visokom nivou prelomili su da to i ove godine bude naš izbor. Vila je na odličnoj lokaciji, svega 10-15 min lagane šetnje od samog centra, a prva plaža Tarsanas je na 5 minuta hoda od smestaja. Ususkan smestaj, koji nudi sve sto vam je potrebno za ugodan odmor.

Sve pohvale za domacine, veoma su ljubazni, gostoprimljivi. Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji, sve je cisto, udobno. Villa Molos je za svaku preporuku.

Prelepa plaza Tarzanas na 3 min hoda od smestaja, takodje plaza Papias. Lepa setnja pored mora pesackom stazom do centar grada. Dvoriste siroko zeleno uredjeno, sobe komforne, sredjuju se i ciste svaki dan, a najveci utisak ostavlja ljubaznost vlasnika!

Utisci moje porodice i mene same se ne mogu opisati samo rečima. Toliko smo se prijatno osećali u smeštaju, jednom rečju kao kod kuće. Za same vlasnike imam samo reči hvale, toliko su prijatni ljudi i radi da u svakom trenutku izadju u susret. Jednom rečju vratili smo se puni utisaka i sa zeljom da se opet vrstimo u Villu Molos.
