The Agrafa House is located in a peaceful spot in the ‘capital’ of Thassos. It is a true little idyll, offering privacy, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, parking space, and a view of the forest and sea in the distance.

The accommodation is situated in Limenas. It is approximately 2.4km away from the town center and 1.5km from the nearest market.

The beach is located at a distance of 1.6km.

It is a small, ground-level cottage (45m2) that can accommodate from two to four people. It consists of a double bed and a sofa for two, or two small children, located in the living room/kitchen.

Guests have access to WiFi, TV, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a kitchen with two hot plates, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a veranda overlooking the courtyard and the sea in the distance, a landscaped courtyard, and parking. The bathroom features a shower cabin.

Cleaning, change of bed linen, and towels are done halfway through the stay, if the reservation is for five nights or more.

As previously mentioned, the courtyard is fenced and well-maintained. It includes a paved area with a table and chairs, as well as shade, along with a couple of sun loungers and a picnic table with benches.

There is a private parking area with space for two vehicles.

If you are someone who greatly appreciates peace, quiet, and privacy, this accommodation would be a good choice for you, as it offers all of that, along with everything else necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
