Pefkari Bay Villas is located in Pefkari, next to a tranquil local road connecting Potos and Pefkari, only 550 meters away from the sandy beach.
The following accommodation units with private pools are available on the ground floor:
Apartment (No.1) can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room includes a sofa for two.
Studio (No.2) can accommodate up to three people. It features a double bed, a sofa for one, a equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Studio (No.3) can accommodate up to four people. It includes a double bed, a sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The accommodations are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a kitchen with two (No.2 and No.3) or four (No.1) ceramic hobs, a standard (No.2 and No.3) or large (No.1) fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms have a shower tray with a glass partition or a shower tray without a curtain.
During warm summer days, guests can enjoy the view of the pool and the garden from the veranda equipped with a seating set.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, guests can relax by the pool, each with its own sun loungers and seating set.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Daily cleaning of the accommodation units is provided, towels are changed every three days, and bed linen is changed every four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
