Villa Aristides is located 220m from the beach and 450m from the town center.
The nearest store and butcher are only 100m away.
The villa offers accommodation in two-bed, three-bed, four-bed studios as well as four-bed apartments that are equipped with a kitchenette (stove with two hot plates) with a refrigerator, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, LCD TV.
In the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden there is also a large swimming pool with deckchairs. The use of the pool and sunbeds is free for villa guests. Next to the pool, there is a large walled grill that is available to all guests, as well as a covered seating area.
Villa Aristides also has free private parking, and parking is also possible on the street next to the building itself. Ideal for couples as well as families who want accommodation in a quiet part of town and close to the beach.
Guests are provided with free use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and private parking.The accommodation does not provide towels.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
