Naysika Villa is the accommodation in a good location, kind owners, nice and clean apartments and private parking. A central intersection is at a 5-minute walk, just like the town beach. Balconies are looking the back yard so it is very peaceful surrounding.
Naysika is on the main road, 100 meters from the central crossroad. A large supermarket is across the street, at about 50m. The beach is 300 meters away.
There are a total of five accommodation units (33-35m2) which are intended for accommodation of three to five people and are all located on the first floor.
Two triple studios each contain one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom, while the kitchen is separate. One quadruple studio has a double bed and bunk beds in the bedroom, with a separate kitchen. The other quadruple studio has a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, while there is a sofa for one person in the kitchen. The five-bed apartment includes a double and a single bed in the bedroom, and bunk beds in the kitchen. The entrance is from a long, communal terrace that looks out onto the street. Separate balconies and bedrooms are located on the opposite side, towards the courtyard, so they are protected from noise and traffic.
TV, hairdryer, air conditioning and mosquito nets are available in all units. WiFi internet is available and included in the price (as well as air conditioning).
Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every fourth day.
A small yard with tables and chairs and a small grassy area with toys for children is also available for villa’s guests.
There is a private parking space across the street.
Naysika is in the main street, on the right side when arriving from the direction of Limenaria, a hundred meters before the gas station (BP).
If you’re looking for a decent and new lodging in the city center, at 200-300m from the beach, close to the promenade, shops, souvenir shops and supermarkets, Naysika Villa can be a good choice.
