The accommodation is quite solid; it is not luxurious, but I actually like it for that reason. It has everything you need, is located in an excellent area, and the owner is very kind, ready to assist with anything you might require. Additionally, parking is available, and it is close to the promenade. The only issue that might bother some is the noise at night, as vehicles can be heard due to the accommodation being on the main road, but it didn’t bother us. The terrace is nice; it’s not spacious, but there is enough room for four. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend it.

The accommodation is satisfactory. It has everything necessary, but nothing more than that. Based on other reviews, I would say that the rooms are quite different. We stayed in a room with a double bed and bunk beds. The owner welcomes you with a bottle of cold water and is available for anything you might need. In our case, the TV and refrigerator were not working, and later the door lock, but everything was resolved relatively quickly. She is polite, but to some extent, I must say – when a problem arises, her politeness diminishes. The furniture is old but functional. The hygiene of the space is poor, but it is commendable that towels and bed linens are changed every four days. There was no shortage of dishes and utensils. Frying is not allowed, so there are no frying pans, which may be important to some. Considering that it is located next to the main road, it is quite noisy. The side with the terrace heats up so much during the day that it is impossible to sit on it in the afternoon. There is no awning, just a small umbrella that is not helpful in extreme heat. The terrace is cramped, but that is not too problematic. Internet is usually available, but the signal is sometimes too weak, so it’s better to give up than to get frustrated. The city beach is nearby, just a five-minute walk, but it is a pity not to visit other beautiful beaches on the island. A market, a promenade, and a parking area are close by. As a farewell, the owner leaves you a small gift, which is a nice gesture. All in all, we cannot be dissatisfied. The overall impression is, let’s say, a 4.

We are currently staying in a villa since August 18, 2023, in a quadruple studio. Let’s start from the beginning. Aside from the friendly hostess, I cannot commend anything else about the accommodation. This is my third time vacationing in Potos, and this is by far the worst accommodation I have experienced. The studio can accommodate a maximum of three people; the fourth bed is crammed into the kitchen, making it impossible to turn around. We did not plan to use the kitchen except to brew coffee or make a sandwich, but that is also not feasible as there is only a tiny knife and a miniature coffee cup available. In the bathroom, the shower faucet is broken and has not been repaired, and there are occasional very unpleasant odors. I won’t waste words on the internet in the villa; it is more absent than present. The parking for vehicles is nearby and is acceptable, but the yard behind the villa is unusable. Overall, I have a very poor impression of the accommodation and hope this review will help someone in the future when choosing a place to stay.

Often when I book accommodation, I look at the reviews, and I find that Naysika has an excessively high rating compared to some other accommodations that are incomparably better, yet the rating remains the same. We were accommodated in a five-bed apartment, which has only five beds for five people. The terrace is small with an oversized table and only four chairs, realistically only three can be placed. The same goes for the dishes, four glasses, two plates, etc. I often see it mentioned that there isn't enough cookware, for instance, there is no frying pan, and that is because they immediately inform you that any frying is prohibited. I believe this crucial information should be included in the villa's description. What perhaps annoyed me the most was that the pictures show curtains in the bathroom, but in reality, there were none, and this factor is significant for me; I dislike water splashing everywhere in the bathroom, and when I see something like that, I don't consider the accommodation further. The drain cover was broken, which could cause injury; they said it would be replaced, but after ten days, nothing happened. Used toilet paper must be thrown in a bucket, which at 35 degrees is not the most pleasant solution. The TV could not be turned on due to a broken remote control. The balcony is oriented such that three other villas overlook it, the sun is available until 8 PM, maybe a bit longer, making it unusable until then. I must mention that the owner is polite, which I see as important. The location is decent. All in all, despite numerous minor shortcomings, if you have a large family and are tight on money, then Naysika is better than nothing; otherwise, I would say NO. Perhaps Nikana could add a bit more detail to the villa's description :-).

During our summer vacation, we were accommodated in a three-bed studio on the first floor of the Naysika villa. We were extremely satisfied with the conditions in which we stayed at the villa and we highly recommend it, starting from the very kind hostess who made an effort to meet all our requests, through the very comfortable beds, the high level of cleanliness (sheets and towels were changed every four days), culminating with a small gift as a token of appreciation at the end of our stay.

The hygiene is at a high level, the only drawback is the television - too small and placed in an awkward spot with only 3 channels. In other situations, this wouldn't matter, but now, during the European Football Championship, it became an issue.

I agree with the other guests' comments. A suggestion for Nikana to change the photographs, as the villa has been renovated and is now more beautiful. This is an apartment that comes highly recommended in accordance with the price.

We spent a full 16 days in this villa, and I can confidently say that the overall impression is absolutely positive! The hostess speaks English perfectly, so we communicated without any issues. She is incredibly accommodating and kind, always ready to assist us whenever we needed something. In the end, she even bought us some small gifts as a token of appreciation. The accommodation itself is very tidy and clean, and it was cleaned almost daily while we were at the beach. Nearby the villa, there is a bakery and a supermarket, so you can quickly pop in for some basic groceries. The city center is just a 5-6 minute leisurely walk away. The landlady is a young person who speaks English. She is very kind and unobtrusive. Over the past 13 days, I have seen her three times, and we have chatted for a few minutes about what to buy and where to go. The bed linens and towels were changed every four days. The terrace does not have a sea view; it overlooks the terraces of other apartments. Of course, it would be nicer to have a sea view, but this was fine for me. We spent a lot of time on the terrace. The accommodation is located on the main street, but the room and terrace are on the other side, so it is not noisy. The villa has its own parking. The room has a television, but there are no cable or Serbian channels. The bathroom is nice, and there was always enough hot water. The pictures on the website accurately depict the actual condition of the accommodation. The villa is 2 minutes from the main promenade and beach. We did not like the beach in Potos, so we did not swim there. There are beautiful beaches nearby: Metalia, Notos, Tripiti, Atspas. All of them are shallow and sandy, suitable for children. Tasos is full of wasps. I recommend eating before or after the beach, never on the beach, as the wasps will swarm you as soon as you take out food or drinks. The villa has a very nice yard with a grill and children's toys. It is excellent for an afternoon or morning coffee. The store, pharmacy, bakery, and gas station... everything is within 20-50 meters.

Situated in an excellent location at the very heart of Potos, the hostess is wonderful and kind. She was always available for anything we needed, even more than that. The cleanliness is not just a five, but a perfect ten. There are always enough towels, toilet paper, soap, and all the other essentials that we either pay attention to or overlook. The fact that the villa has its own private parking is one of its best features, as finding free parking in Potos can be quite challenging. Overall, anyone who chooses Naysika villa will not regret it in any way.

We are satisfied with the accommodation. In the four-person studio with three children (ages 7, 4, and 1), there was no need to use the bed located in the kitchen, as the French bed is enormous. The kitchen is excellently equipped. The location of the villa is more than excellent, and when you add the private parking across from the villa, it becomes perfection for Potos. In our case, the studio was not cleaned every day, but only when the linens and towels were changed, which was every third day. Upon entering the studio, everything was clean and tidy, with chocolates on the pillows. Additionally, the landlady was very kind and sent us off with a small gift - a magnet... all praise for her kindness and a recommendation for this villa.

I find myself at a loss for words to describe the hospitality of this family in whose villa we stayed. From the housekeeper who diligently cleaned the apartment every day, replenishing dish soap, soap, toilet paper, and changing the linens and towels every third day, to the lovely young hostess who bid us farewell with gifts for the children, as well as a souvenir magnet from Tasos for my husband and me. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos sent via email—no lies, no deceit. Whatever you agree upon and the conditions you set, rest assured that everything is honored. Initially, I was a bit skeptical, but believe me, every word regarding the apartment was upheld. My heartfelt recommendation for anyone considering a collaboration with the Naysika apartment.

I have just returned from my vacation in Potos. I am very pleased with the accommodation. The entire staff, led by the hostess, is wonderful. The apartment is spacious, and the yard is beautifully arranged, especially tailored for children. The maid comes every day to tidy up the room, take out the trash, and clean the bathroom. The bedding and towels are changed every three days. The apartment is equipped with details such as liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, a device with mosquito tablets, candle holders, a hairdryer, and toilet paper... The only thing that bothered me was the abundance of mosquitoes on the island. Wonderful impressions :)

The main street - the promenade is less than 50 meters away, as is the city beach (though we did not swim at that beach). Shops, restaurants, bakeries... everything is within reach.
