Our description
Vaso studio is located in the center of Potos, but from the back side of the building so it is isolated from the noise. It is a modest accommodation with a terrace that has a beautiful sea view and it is just one minute away from the beach.
City beach in Potos is 50m far away, while first markets are situated in the same street on the opposite side.
This triple studio is located on the third, last floor of the building in the center of Potos and promenade.
Triple studio (18m2) consists of one room with a kitchen and a separated bathroom. It has an AC, internet access, TV (without SAT channels) and one single bed. It is ideal for young persons or three-member family with small child.
Cleaning and replacing of bed linen and towels is every four days.
There isn't private parking but on the intersection that is less than 100m away is secured public parking. It costs 2e per day.
The accommodation you will find when you arrive in Potos and then from the main intersection turn right to the sea and just after Garden restaurant, you will see the entrance of the building where the studio is on the third floor.
If you are looking for afordable and decent accommodation in the center of Potos with the terrace that has an amazing sea view but low price then this is the right choice.

Owners description
This studio is on the third and last floor of the villa which is located in the very center of Potos, in the promenade zone, right after restaurant Garden, and it is 50 meters away from the town beach, which makes this studio ideal considering its location.
The studio is triple and it has one double and one single bed. It is suitable for young people, or a family of three with a small child, because the dimensions of the double bed are smaller (its size is not standard). The studio consists of one room with a kitchen and a separate bathroom. It has air conditioning, TV (without satellite channels) and a big terrace with a partial sea view. The size of studio is 20m2.
Cleaning and changing towels and sheets is provided every 4 days.
Studio doesn't have internet access so if that doesn't matters for you and you would like accommodation in the middle of Potos with large balcony with sea view, this is the real choise.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je solidan , sadrži sve što je potrebno jednoj tročlanoj porodici . Kuhinju koja je zadovoljavajuće opremljena , terasu koja je zagradjena i prostrana. Međutim , na sajtu je pisalo da se posteljina i peškiri menjaju na 4 dana , nama nisu promenili ni posle 7 i to nam je bilo stvarno bez veze. Gazdarica je čekala 7. dan da odemo da bi ona promenila . Inače prelepa lokacija smeštaja, u samom centru Potosa ali mana je sto je na 3. spratu pa je to sa malim detetom malo teze . Ali sa druge strane u prizemlju ima dovoljno prostora da se mogu ostaviti kolica .

Mi smo odusevljeni smestajem, cenom, lokacijom. Docekalo nas je sve cisto i uredno, plaza je bukvalno na 20-30 metara od smestaja, za nas koji imamo malu decu to mnogo znaci. Hvala najlepse, saradjivacemo i ubuduce. Pozdrav

Smeštaj nije baš reprezentativan.Jedina prednost je blizina plaže.Studio je mali i skučen.ali imate sve što vam treba.Kreveti su za manje ljude,ali za 10 dana boravka mi smo se stisli.Studi se nalazi na vrhu vile,tako da mu pripada deo zajedničke terase.Gazdarica ne korist terasu (sem da prostre veš).U svakom slučaju nemate baš privatnost na terasi.Medjutim ispred terasnih vrata postoji mali deo (2x2m-možda ni toliko)gde možete da zavučete stočić i dve stolice i da imate malo privatnosti.Što se tiče kuhinje,ima sve što je potrebno za tri osobe.Jedina je zamerka mali izandjali rešo sa samo jednom ringlom.Studio je čist.Posteljinu i peškire menjaju jednom u pet dana.Moje mišljenje je da je studio precenjen (kao i većina),ali to je što je.Take it, or leave it.Pozdrav.
