An excellent accommodation, the three-person apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, with a terrace of great size. The apartments are cleaned every three days. The location is superb, just a three-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The owners are very kind and courteous, always at your disposal.

A comfortable accommodation located 200 meters from the beach, featuring two exits—one leading to the main road where you can find a market, pharmacy, gas station, and bakery, while the other opens onto the main promenade, from which you can directly access the beach by turning right down the alleyways. There is also a second market nearby, along with a variety of bakeries, restaurants, and souvenir shops. The yard is spacious and large, and the apartment is clean and tidy, equipped with a new bathroom and decent furniture. You literally have everything you need. The only drawback is the tiny TV and the weaker internet connection. Overall, the communication with the owners is pleasant. The overall impression is solid, and the price is affordable.

The owners are exceptionally kind and always available to assist. The space is clean, pleasant, and secluded from noise, with an excellent location. The terraces are spacious, enhancing the overall sense of comfort. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and felt very welcome.

We returned from our vacation in Thassos, where we stayed at the Meandros villa. The hostess is a truly wonderful woman. The accommodation is beautiful and clean, with the hostess cleaning it every three days, and there is a parking space available. All praises for the accommodation!

The accommodation is situated in a good location for those arriving without their own transport, i.e., by car. Parking is available, but it is quite inconvenient, and every day parking and maneuvering out is a real challenge. The kitchen is too small and inadequately equipped with utensils. Barbecuing is not permitted in the yard, even though the offer states that barbecues are available. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor, with minimal bandwidth, despite having a signal. I hope this will prompt the owners of the accommodation to improve the situation.

The apartments are tidy and clean. However, the mattresses on the beds are poor, and parking is an issue. There is no designated parking space, so you must find a way to park within the premises. Perhaps our biggest complaint is the landlady entering the apartment while we were still inside. She came in to clean and change the linens, despite our request for her to wait 15 minutes for us to leave the apartment (at 9:30 AM). Additionally, on the day of our departure, she arrived at 9:30 AM to tidy up the apartment, even though the reservation stated that we could use it until 12:00 PM. The greatest advantage and professionalism came from Nikana, who, with her guidance and advice, made our journey easier and enhanced our holiday experience.

An excellent accommodation with a prime location in the center of Potos, the apartment is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and there is private parking within the complex.

The property is situated in an excellent location. Vehicles can be parked in the courtyard, but parking becomes an issue when there are multiple guests and vehicles. The apartment is very clean. Mrs. Elena is exceptionally kind. Towels are changed three times. The apartment has a classic Greek style. The water in the apartment is heated by a boiler in the bathroom that you must turn on yourself. The kitchen lacks sufficient dishes and utensils (one pot, no frying pan, two small spoons, etc.). The temperature was such that air conditioning was unnecessary. In conclusion, the Meandros property comes highly recommended.

The highest praise for Meandros Villa. The location, cleanliness of the studio, comfort, and the kindness of the hosts were all excellent. Our vacation was magnificent. I recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in Thassos.

The accommodation at MEANDROS villa is more than satisfactory. Cleaning, changing of bed linens and towels occurs every three days, which pleasantly surprised me, as we have not experienced this when vacationing through other agencies. The hosts are very kind, pleasant people who are always available if you need anything, yet they remain unobtrusive. The spacious yard with parking is well-maintained. There are two exits: one leads to the main road where you can find a discount store, bakery, and pharmacy, all within 150 m, while the other exit opens onto a street with a promenade and a variety of shops, where there is also a discount store and bakery. From there, you can reach the beach in 3-4 minutes. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Limited cookware, only the bare essentials, insufficient for meal preparation, inadequate parking space, difficult to exit safely, a table too small for four adults (all other apartments had larger tables).

There is quite a limited space for the kitchen and bathroom. The rooms and terrace are acceptable. However, the internet connection during such weather is extremely poor.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The only drawback is that some terraces lack awnings, and parking is not organized (guests park wherever they can), although there is free public parking just 50 meters from the accommodation. The owner is wonderful; communication with her is fine, considering she does not speak English, but her daughter speaks excellent English. Everything else is as described, and in any case, it was an outstanding experience that I definitely recommend!

The accommodation was good (new and clean). In my opinion, the room (studio) was a bit cramped for three adults. Had I known how things stood, I would have booked an apartment. The only minor complaint is the parking, which was difficult to access, with many vehicles in the courtyard. The service was excellent, and with the woman maintaining the property (Elena), we managed to communicate despite her not knowing Serbian or English; she was always available for all our requests. The internet was adequate, but if you need a quality connection, wait for people to leave for the beach. I believe that people from neighboring properties also use the internet (someone has already given them the password), so it is necessary to change the password more frequently. Even passersby through the complex inquire about the internet password in a casual manner. Note: After entering the room, check what is missing (number of plates, cutlery, towels...) and ask the staff to replenish it.

The Meandros apartments come highly recommended! Starting with a location that is perfect for relaxation (completely free of noise), yet close to everything you might need (bakery, market, pharmacy, doctor... absolutely everything, which of course includes the beach). The hygiene is impeccable, with linen and towel changes, as well as cleaning every three days. Parking in front of the apartments is very important for anyone planning to travel by car. The owner does not speak English, but we managed to understand each other with a smile. All in all, I would gladly return to Meandros.

In July 2017, we stayed at Villa Meandros. The villa is situated right in the heart of Potos, yet it is tucked away, providing a shield from the noise. The beach is nearby, and shops and all necessities are even closer, just a few steps away. On one side of the villa, you exit onto the main road, while on the other, you find the promenade. The room is not large, but it is very charming, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is excellent. The only complaint is that there is no awning on the terrace, making it impossible to spend even five minutes there due to the sun, and there is no dining space in the room. Guests arriving through Nikana receive special treatment, getting whatever they need, but we noticed that guests coming through Serbian agencies have entirely different conditions (their bedding is not changed for three days, they do not have towels, etc.). A parking space is provided, so there are no worries there. The hostess is exceptionally kind, available, hardworking, and clean, which is evident in the apartments. Absolutely all praises and recommendations!!!

We stayed in a four-person apartment from August 5th to August 15th, which is truly suitable for two couples. The terrace is spacious, providing shade at all times of the day, along with a lovely view of the house's courtyard. Although the complex is located on a main road, it is well insulated from vehicle noise. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom, like most accommodations in Greece, are rather small, and there is a lack of shelves or small tables in the rooms, but everything is very clean. Towels, bed linens, and cleaning are replaced every three days. The boiler’s fuse does not work, so care must be taken when turning it on and off, meaning that when you return from the beach, you have to wait for hot water, but only for a short time. Air conditioning is included in the price. The internet is excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

From September 5th to September 15th, 2013. With my boyfriend and a good friend. All our expectations were completely met. An adequate parking space was of great importance to us. The environment in the complex is very pleasant. The landlady is helpful but not overly intrusive. :)

We stayed as a family at this accommodation at the beginning of September 2013. Our initial challenge was finding it, as it was unmarked from the street. However, with the help of kind neighbors, we managed to locate it. The three-bedroom apartment (with a pass-through kitchen) was quite decent. What was lacking was cookware (for those planning to cook), and the parking in the yard is suited for experienced drivers, as the space is rather tight.

I stayed at the Meandros villa with my husband and our 19-month-old child from August 17th to 25th. The villa is fantastic, the beach is nearby, in fact, everything is within close reach. The apartments and rooms are truly clean and charming, with decent terraces, and there’s plenty of space. The landlady is exceptionally kind, and on the fifth day of our stay, she cleaned the apartments in such detail that I don’t even clean like that at home. Potos is a lovely little place with a phenomenal beach and crystal-clear water. However, we encountered an enormous crowd, making it quite difficult to navigate the narrow streets that serve as a promenade.

In mid-August, I was with my husband and our 4-year-old child. We stayed in a three-bed apartment and were very satisfied. The property is located in the heart of Potos, yet away from the hustle and bustle, somewhat secluded. It has its own parking and is very close to the beach. Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days.

Our group of six stayed at the Meandros villa for 11 nights, from July 30th to August 9th, and I can only express my admiration for this accommodation. Everything was in order, all the appliances were functioning properly, and the owner of the villa, Elena, was very kind and always ready to assist. The bedding and towels were changed once during our stay, which I consider acceptable. There is ample parking space for cars, and the overall impression is very pleasant.

I stayed in Meandros with friends from August 5 to 17, 2013, and overall, we were all satisfied. The property is new, nicely decorated, and clearly designed with a touch of creativity, unlike many others you might find in Greece. Surprisingly, the beds are very comfortable, and the apartments are spacious enough according to the number of beds. The bedding is changed every 4-5 days, which is commendable. A downside of all the bathrooms (at least the ones I had the chance to see) is that they lack curtains or any kind of enclosure in the shower, so be prepared to scrub every 5 minutes. In the four-person apartment, the bathroom has no ventilation or window (there is light through skylights, but they cannot be opened), while I noticed that the three-person apartments do have a window. All ventilation occurs through the room. Interestingly, everyone on the blog writes that the landlady is very kind, which I cannot dispute, considering that she doesn't speak a word of Serbian or English. Nevertheless, you somehow manage to communicate, but for any detailed information, you must rely on the agency, if you don't mind walking to it for every little thing. The apartments are well-located, the beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and in the evening, there is no noise from the street (except for the occasional drunken neighbor). You have your own parking, which is very important for Potos and any other place on Thassos. All in all, we were satisfied.

From July 20th to 30th, we stayed as a family of four, two adults and children aged 15 and 10. From the very beginning, we had nothing but pleasant experiences, and we easily found our accommodation. We were welcomed by a friendly and cheerful hostess. The accommodation was new and exceptionally tidy. The bed linen was new, along with towels and soap... everything we lacked in some previous vacations. The beach, shops, and bakeries were nearby. Potos is an excellent base, nothing is far away, and we explored the local beaches every day. All in all, it was an exceptional 10 days.

I spent my summer in Potos with my godfather and our families. The accommodation at Villa Meandros was excellent (new, clean, and functional), and most importantly, it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city while being very close to the beach. Potos as a location meets all needs, as it offers everything you need for a relaxing summer holiday and getaway. Thassos, as an island, boasts a rich tourist offering (beautiful beaches, cafes, taverns, a monastery, water sports, and much more). If you visit Thassos, do not miss Marble Beach and the village of Theologos. Once you visit these two places, you will understand why I specifically mentioned them.

During the period from June 19th to July 1st, 2013, we were accommodated in Villa Meandros, along with two other families with whom we traveled from Belgrade. Although we did not book the studios at the same time, Ana made an effort to place us in the same building, which meant a lot to us, as we enjoyed each other's company intensely for all 13 days. A significant advantage of the property is the availability of parking, as we visited this beautiful island daily, and in the evenings, we didn't worry about where to leave the car. The barbecue in the yard was also very meaningful to us, as the men grilled either meat or fish every day, making the food preparation part of our stay enjoyable. It was also a gathering place for other guests, so those who wished could expand their circle of friends and establish contacts for future gatherings. There was no shortage of laughter and camaraderie. Nearby the villa, there is a bakery, a shop, and a beach, making the location ideal. The furniture is new and clean, the bedding is beautifully designed, and the terrace is spacious, so if you come with friends, there is plenty of room for everyone to sit, enjoy coffee, play cards, or have a game of jamba.

My wife and I spent the first ten days of June in a very nice accommodation at a great location, but the landlady speaks no language other than Greek.

We were there from May 30th to June 9th, my wife, mother, and two small children. We had a fantastic time on Thassos; the weather was pleasant, the beach in Potos is decent, but don’t overdo it as there are many beautiful beaches nearby. We opted for a quiet beach, close by, with gentle waves, clear and transparent water, and natural shade, and the Notos beach delighted us. There is much to see on Thassos, but don’t stress about it; once you go, you will keep coming back in the following years. Best regards!

My husband and I were accommodated in the Meandros villa at the beginning of June 2013. Upon entering the studio, we were surprised to find that our kitchen was in the hallway, separate from the room, yet quite busy, as guests from the neighboring studio passed through it. We did not quite understand the description on the website, so our initial disappointment was quite significant :). However, we were fortunate that our neighbors were wonderful, so there were no issues. The room was tidy, clean, the furniture was new and comfortable. In the kitchen, there was just enough cookware for the number of beds, neither more nor less :), and there was only one huge pot, so if you make soup, forget about cooking another dish, like pasta :). This problem was easily overcome by the kindness and attentiveness of the landlady, who does not speak English, but communicating with gestures proved fruitful :). The landlady's daughter speaks excellent English, so you can arrange everything with her. A big shout-out to the two of them; they are fantastic! After three days, they cleaned, changed the bed linens and towels. Wonderful! Now, for all those who consider it important (like my husband :)), the internet is not equally good in all villas. In our villa, which was the second to last in the row, at the bottom of the yard, the internet was extremely poor, almost nonexistent. All in all, the accommodation was quite satisfactory. I would stay here again, but I would request a studio with a kitchen in the room, and I would definitely choose a higher floor! On the ground floor, you feel like you're in a display window, and the yard is busy as it serves as a shortcut to the beach, meaning that not only the villa's residents pass by, but also everyone who knows about it :). We had absolutely no issues with mosquitoes, bees, wasps, and other insects about which I have read a lot. Tasos is divine, with beautiful beaches and picturesque little places... We had a wonderful time! Finally, I would like to greet dear Nikana, who is lovely, kind, attentive, and very professional! All compliments!

I stayed in Meandros from September 6 to 16, 2012, with my wife and our six-year-old son. Upon our arrival, we were delighted by the location of the apartment, which was just a two-minute walk from the main street and the beach, yet pleasantly sheltered from the noise and hustle of the area. Everything in the apartment was new and exceptionally clean. The landlady was kind and very accommodating.

In 2010, I stayed with my best friend and his sister in a fantastic apartment that featured a private yard, ample parking space, and a barbecue available for guests. It is located right in the center of Potos, making it unnecessary to list all the advantages of the location. The furniture is new, with screens on the windows, spacious rooms, and separate beds, which greatly influenced our choice of the apartment, as I didn’t have to squeeze in with my friend in a double bed. There’s a large terrace, cleanliness, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed for a comfortable vacation... I absolutely recommend it to everyone, whether they have small children, are couples (ideal for two couples), or older people... I WAS THRILLED WITH MEANDROS!

We vacationed as a family with two children in the "Meandros" studios in Potos from August 4 to 14, 2011. What we particularly liked was the proximity to the city beach (you can literally be there in 3 minutes or less), everything you need is within a 300-meter radius (stores, bakeries, souvenirs, restaurants). This street actually transforms into a promenade in the evening, and the accommodation is set back from the main street just enough so that you don't hear any noise or music, ensuring no issues at night. As for the other beaches, we visited a few, but we most frequently went to Psili Amos, which personally suited us best. The sunbeds were 7 euros, and the rest was up to you, either at the café or you could bring your own, no one questioned it, except that a portion of the sunbeds is reserved for those using the restaurant services, where you cannot be comfortable with food or drinks you bring, as you are required to use the restaurant's food and drinks of a certain monetary value, all of which is noted on the notice at the top of the sunshade. Many praised Aliki beach for its beauty, etc., but no one mentioned that there is never any space there unless you use the sunbeds belonging to a specific restaurant, where you are obliged to dine that day if you want to use them, as the area where you can take just sunbeds is very small and overcrowded. We also visited Livadi beach, which is good only because it is not crowded, and if you have good company, it's completely fine since you can play tennis, volleyball, or kick a ball without disturbing anyone. In my opinion, the most beautiful beach is Paradise beach, as it resembles distant islands and postcards, with large waves and a vast sandy area where you can walk barefoot, truly looking like something out of a travel magazine. As for restaurants, the best one we found was the one I believe is called "Irena" or something similar, right on the city beach in Potos, where we took food to go and dined in the restaurant. They have the largest calamari I have ever eaten, and it is truly excellent. The downside is that there are always some cats around that you can't shoo away. We enjoyed tulumbas at a local bakery and they were excellent (12 euros per kilogram). As for souvenir shopping, there is an abundance of honey, olive oil, and various other interesting items. In another part of the town, there is a store with items made from olive wood, which is truly beautiful, but for our conditions and income, it's quite expensive. Overall, we are satisfied and will probably go to Thassos again next year (same place, same accommodation) as our impressions are truly excellent.
