Hotel Description

Villa Meandros is located in the heart of Potos but it’s hidden from traffic and noise. Furniture is new, hygiene is excellent and garden is very nice decorated, outdoor seating, greenery and parking.

Meandros Villa is only 200m from the beach, and 50 meters from the promenade, bakery, supermarket and all the shops, restaurants and everything that Potos has to offer.

This is one of the most wanted accommodations in Potos and it offers duplex apartments, one double studio, four triple studios and two quadruple studios.

The duplex apartments for 4 persons (30m2) are on the high ground floor or first floor and it consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Each room has beds for two persons. Apartment has a balcony, a TV, and A/C. Its maximum capacity is four persons.

Duplex apartments for six people (48m2) are located on the first or high ground floor and they have two triple bedrooms and hall with the kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and an A/C. This is great choice for big families or for friends.

One double studio (15m2) is in the new building next to the street and it is on the ground floor. It has one double bed and a balcony with street view.

The triple studios (18m2) have one double and a single bed. Two studios are on the first floor of the new building next to the street and have a garden view. The other two studios are in the building in the garden, one on the first floor and the other one on the high ground floor, both with a garden view

Two quadruple studios (20m2) are in the building in the garden. One is on the first floor and the other one is on the high ground floor. Each has one double and two bunk beds, as well as a garden view.

All units have a TV, air condition, bathroom, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen and a balcony with a sitting set.

There is internet in the accommodation, but in the season, due to the large number of guests, there is a possibility that the quality and speed of the internet will be poor.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

Courtyard is spacious and parking is inside.

Arriving from Limenaria, soon after entering Potos, before the gas station, you will see the yard of this house on the right-hand side of the main road.

A great advantage is that it’s in the heart of the city, yet totally protected from the crowd and traffic. If you want to be in the center of the happening this is the place for you.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
