Our description
Aegli Studios is a modest accommodation with a swimming pool near the beach, which is a great advantage, but also private parking provided for all guests of the accommodation. It has a large number of units equipped with a kitchenette, so it is possible to accommodate more families or groups of friends who would like to spend the summer together.
Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, which is part of the great bay of Golden Beach, so the very place of Golden Beach is close. It is 250m away from the beach and some 500m from the most popular bars in Skala Potamia, Paralia Nouveau and La Boheme. The first store is 400m away and at the same distance is the large SPAR market, which is better equipped than the store.
In its offer, this facility has 12 studios - three four-bed (26m2-28m2), seven three-bed (26m2-28m2) and two two-bed (24m2-28m2).
On the high ground floor (where there is a reception) there are five studios - two four-bed and three three-bed studios. The four-bed studio has a double bed and two single beds, while the three-bed studio is equipped in the same way - with one double bed and one single bed.
On the first floor there are seven accommodation units - one four-bed studio, two two-bed studios and four three-bed units. The four-bed studio has one double and two single beds, while two have double beds and one has two single beds. One double studio with a double bed (#6) is slightly smaller in square footage than the other units and has 24m2. The triple rooms are equipped in the same way as those on the upper ground floor, with one French and one single bed.
All accommodation units have a kitchenette with two hobs, refrigerator, electric kettle, air conditioning and 32 "TV, safe, bathroom with shower and curtain and pets are allowed.
A baby cot is available on request.
Cleaning is done every day and towels and bed linen are changed every third day.
The yard is fenced, with a pool around which there are deck chairs that you can use. In one part there is a covered seating area, with tables and chairs.
There is a private parking lot, provided for all guests of this facility.
To reach the hotel, at the central intersection in Skala Potamia, coming from the direction of Golden Beach, turn left, then turn left into the first street and drive straight for about one kilometer, until you see Aegli accommodation on the left side of the road, just after the villa. Porto Thassos.
If you want accommodation with a swimming pool, which is close to the beach but also in a quiet location, Aegli Studios can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li ima slobodna 2 četvorokrevetna studija, i to: Prvi u terminu od 10.07. do 20.07.2024. godine i Drugi u terminu od 15.07.2024. do 20.07.2024. godine.

Dobar dan, interesuje me da li ima slobodnih studia četvorokrevatnih (deca 6 i 3 godine) za period 23.07. do 03.08.? Datumi nisu fiksni... Takođe sam htela da pitam za još neke jedinice ali ne znam mogu li sve u ovom komentaru objedinjeno? Hvala

Sve pohvale za Aegli Studios, vlasnik vrlo ljubazan, uvek dostupan za sto i da treba, sobe se ciste svaki dan, posteljine i peskiri dostupni cisti u svako vreme, lokacija odlicna blizu plaze i marketa. Sve preporuke za one koje planiraju odmor na Tasosu u Skala Potamiji :)

Lokacija, privatni parking, bazen su prednost. Potrebno je vrlo malo ulaganja u kuhinjski pribor i mesto za odlaganje stvari. Kuhinjski pribor nije bio potpun, nakon razgovora sa domacinom to je reseno, ali i pored toga potrebno je obnavljanje istog. Sto se tice regala, mesta za stvari ima dovoljno, ali iskrivljena polica za odlaganje stvari u regalu stvarno odaje los utisak. Generalno, za datu cenu dobar smestaj.
