Description
The Floral villa is located in the very heart of Potos, on a street parallel to the beach, where all amenities are located. It is also just a minute away from the city beach. This is a decent, renovated accommodation.
The accommodation is 120 meters away from the beach. The supermarket is located right next to the property.
There is one 2 Bedroom Apartment, which has kitchen outside of it, on the balcony.
The 2 Bedroom Apartment is located on the second floor. It has one double bed and two connected single beds.
It has WiFi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV, and A/C.
Cleaning is done every other day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
The accommodation does not have private parking. However, public parking (which is free) is located 150 meters away.
When arriving in Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn immediately after the Alexandra Beach hotel diagonally to the right and go down that street to the Maliaros market, which will be on your right. Right next to the market, you will see the Floral villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Sa smještajem i domaćinima smo prezadovoljni. Bilo nam je odlično. Sve pohvale. Baš onako kako smo i očekivali. Higijena je na nivou, što je najbitnije. Terasa, pogled, sve na mjestu.Hvala!

Boravili smo u ovoj vili (četvorokrevetni studio), od 6.08 do 16.08.2018., i malo je reći da smo prezadovoljani. Sve je kao na slikama, i higijena je na veoma visokom nivou. Čak su nam čistili sobu svaki drugi dan, i ako piše na petom danu. Jedina mana je manja terasa, ali nama to nije smetalo. Gazde su veoma fini i prijatni ljudi.

Dobardan. Hteo bi da pitam ukoliko ima smestaj na Tasosu u periodu od 28 jula do 4 augusta. Radi se od 2 odraslih osoba I 2 deca na uzrast od 1 I 3 godine. Moze u Limenas ili Potos. Molim vas da nam date neki predlog moze I neki dan ranije ali minimum 7 nocenja. Hvala Vam unapred....
