Hotel Description
The Floral villa is located in the very heart of Potos, on a street parallel to the beach, where all amenities are located. It is also just a minute away from the city beach. This is a decent, renovated accommodation.
The accommodation is 120 meters away from the beach. The supermarket is located right next to the property.
There is one 2 Bedroom Apartment, which has kitchen outside of it, on the balcony.
The 2 Bedroom Apartment is located on the second floor. It has one double bed and two connected single beds. The bedrooms were renovated in April 2025.
It has WiFi, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV, and A/C.
Cleaning is done every other day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
The accommodation does not have private parking. However, public parking (which is free) is located 150 meters away.
When arriving in Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn immediately after the Alexandra Beach hotel diagonally to the right and go down that street to the Maliaros market, which will be on your right. Right next to the market, you will see the Floral villa.

The villa is just 2 minutes away from the city beach. The hosts are exceptionally kind, and cleaning along with linen change occurs every 3 days. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
