Ana Villa is located in the center of Potos. Location is ideal for those who are looking for accommodation in the center, near the beach, and at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. A building is pretty good with very clean accommodation units which many of them are renovated (new bathroom furniture and tiles, new kitchen and other furniture, etc.) and with parking for a few cars.

The accommodation is located in a quiet street, left of the main road (50m from the main street) 200m from the central intersection, and 250m from the beach.

It offers three 4 bed apartments (one on the high ground floor and two on the first floor), one 3 bed studio on the first floor and one double studio also on the first floor.

Four-bed apartment on the high ground floor consists of a corridor, bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, balcony and bedroom. In the corridor is wardrobe and entrances/exits to the other rooms. The bathroom is big, with bathtub, toilet, washbasin, bidet, window, heating boiler, and a small wardrobe. A living room is connected to the kitchen with lots of storage spaces, cooker (with oven) and a bigger fridge, then dining table with chairs, folding sofa bed for two and entrances/exits to the balcony and bedroom. In the bedroom there are two connected single beds, other furniture, TV and an AC. A bedroom doesn’t have access to the balcony, but a window with a garden view, and from the living room is separated by a sliding door. It is bright and nice. This apartment has an atmosphere like you are at your own home, because of the big space, bathtub and bidet in the bathroom, big kitchen, cooker and fridge.

On the first floor there are two 4 bed apartments, different types, both renovated. In the first apartment, you are directly entering a central room where are two connected single beds, the kitchen is on the side and entrances/exits in the bathroom, one more room with two connected single beds and balcony. This apartment has two balconies (one alongside central room and one alongside bedroom).

In the other apartment, you are also directly entering a big, central room where is a double bed and folding sofa bed, then kitchen and entrances/exits into the room with a single bed (separated by a sliding door), in the bathroom and on the balcony.

In 3 bed studio on the first floor are two connected single beds and a folding sofa bed, then kitchen and entrances/exits to the bathroom and balcony. It is nice and very spacious.

In the double studio on the first floor, there are two connected single beds, kitchen and entrances/exits on two balconies and bathroom. This studio is a little bit smaller and in the bathroom, there is a simple shower with tiles. Also, in comparison to other accommodation units on this floor, in the bathroom of this studio there is no hairdryer.

All accommodation units have an AC and TV and internet access.

A hairdryer is not provided in the apartment on the high ground floor and double studio on the first floor.

Towels and bed linen are replacing every five days, and more often if is needed.

Cleaning is also often, if needed every day because the owner of the building is cleaning often.

Alongside the house is a yard, medium size with vine and table with chairs. To the guests is available a movable barbecue.

Around the house, on the ground spaces, there are parking spaces for a few cars (one for each accommodation unit).

Due to the location, cleanness of accommodation units (some of them renovated), quiet area and low-cost prices, this villa is quite popular on Thassos.
