Hotel Description

Rodia House is located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the olive grove valley and the sea in the distance. It is an excellent choice for a larger group or family who wants complete isolation, comfort and a large yard for barbecues and socializing.

City beach in Potos is 1,5km away and first shops and the center with restaurants and souvenir shops is 1,3km.

This is a four-bedroom apartment (125m2), located on the first floor of the house, while the owners live on the ground floor. Its maximum accommodation capacity is for nine adults and one child.

All four rooms are equipped with a double bed, while one of them also has a single bed. An extra folding bed can be added for a child.

There is a shared kitchen available, which has a two-burner stove, a toaster and a coffee machine. Each room has a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom, to ensure privacy in the event of a stay of several couples or a larger group. The apartment also has a hairdryer, an iron, mosquito nets and internet. There are a total of four bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi bath.

The apartment has a large balcony at the front, which is shared and overlooks the sea in the distance, while each bedroom has its own smaller balcony with a view of the sea (side) or an olive grove.

Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

The yard is huge, and right next to the house there is a sitting area and barbecue under the vine. It is fenced and has a lockable gate. Parking is within the yard.

The accommodation is reachable from the main intersection in Potos where you should turn to Theologos. After 1,3km at the end of Potos you will turn left. When you turn left just continue and the way leads you to the gate of the accommodation. On picture number 5 on our website, you can see how the turn from the main road looks.

The house is magnificent, spacious, and impeccably clean. It boasts an excellent location, removed from the noise, with ample parking space. The host is exceptionally kind. We had a wonderful time.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
