Alexandra Androni villa is in the heart of Potos and it is oasis of peace as it is hidden from the main road but still, everything is close by. Nice owner, private parking and clean studios, make this accommodation one of the most popular in Potos.

It is located right behind the church, 50 meters from the center and supermarket and 200 meters far from the city beach.

Alexandra Androni villa was renovated in 2013. and offers 9 studios. All are situated on the first floor.

Five studios are double with double bed (20m2). The other four studios can be triple and quadruple (with one double and one/two single beds). They have 24m2. Studios mostly overlook garden, only two studios from the front side have side sea view (you can see it only from far).

Studios have new, very decent furniture. If needed, an extra bed (standard size) can be added.

All units have air conditioning and TV set. Wireless internet is available in all areas. Terraces are overlooking the courtyard or sea.

Cleaning and replacement of linen and towels is carried out every 3 days.

The courtyard is really large, lots of trees, fruits and shade. Parking lot is in the back yard, and in the front yard is a built-in barbecue, table and chairs.

Following the road from the direction of Limenaria, from the central junction turn left towards Theologos, and then on the first turn just after the gas station (after a hundred meters) turn right, and you`ll encounter parking lot of the villa Alexandra and Ioanna. To get to the beach use a shortcut next to the church.

If you want affordable accommodation in the center of Potos, which is surrounded by verdure and tranquility, with large yard perfect for playing and running of the children, but also to socialize and barbecuing, then Villa Alexandra Androni is an excellent choice.

Everything was fine, with no complaints. Fresh linens and towels every other day. Vesna, the woman who cleans, is very kind and diligent.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, close to the city beach and promenade. It features private parking in the shade. It is clean and well-maintained.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
