Hotel Description

Evi’s Villa is located in Potos, near center and the city beach. It’s a very nice building, decorated in ethnic style, with lots of interesting traditional details. Here you will find privacy and comfort above all.

Is is 800 meters away from the central intersection in Potos and 900 meters from the city beach.

Exterior appearance of the house leaves an impression of a very carefully arranged object.

Interior of the house is also well arranged in ethno style. Kitchen is large, fully equipped with stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with deep-freeze compartment. The lounge has a fireplace and fold-out sofa suitable for one or two children. House has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bathroom is very spacious and well equipped. Iron, hair dryer, CD/DVD player, satellite TV, air-conditioner are available for your use in the house, while in the yard you can use a mobile barbecue.

Replacement of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning is done after five days, but the frequency can be arranged with the owners upon arrival.

Yard and porch aren’t big but they’re very clean and functional, while the windows are protected with metal bars.

Next to the house there is a space for a parking.

Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, on the central intersection in Potos, next to the amusement park, turn left towards the Theologos. After 700-800 meters on the left side you’ll see a phone booth, turn to the left there and after about 50-80 meters you’ll see this villa.

By choosing this villa you’ll get a new and extremely high-grade accommodation, outside the city and the crowd, with parking space, privacy and comfort. A 10-minute easy walk and you’re in the center, by the beach and other facilities.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

In case the guests cancell the reservation more than 21 days before the arrival the deposit will be returned to them at the end of the season
