Accommodation description
Doukas Studios is a complex on a quiet location, close to the center of Potos and beach. It is surrounded by greenery. It’s modest and low-cost accommodation.
It is 400m from the center of Potos and from the beach is 500m far. In the center you can find shops, bakeries, pastries, souvenir shops and everything else that is necessary for you.
Doukas studios has three floors and consists of comfort and spacious rooms that can accommodate from 2-5 persons. It has five studios and three apartments. Studios (20m2) are located on every floor, apartments (30m2) are on the first and second floor, while five bed apartment is on the first floor. Every room has a fully equipped kitchen.
The double studio has one double bed, while triple has one double bed and one single bed. In some double studios can be added an extra bed. One triple studio has a kitchen on the balcony that can be an advantage because in the sleeping area there isn’t a food smell. Studios have a balcony and garden view and view on the surrounding area, but some of them have a sea view in the distance. One studio is on the first, three on the second and one more on the third floor.
Four-bed apartment in the bedroom has one double bed and in the living room a kitchen and one more double bed. Access to the balcony is from both rooms and also it has a garden view.
The five-bed apartment contains one double bed for two adults and three single beds for children.
Studios and apartments have an air-conditioning, they have a kitchen, bathroom, TV and free of charge internet access.
Cleaning, as well as replacing of towels and bed linen is done every five days.
The accommodation has own parking lot, which has a limited number of parking spots, but you can park also in the street.
From the Limenaria direction, on the main intersection turn left to Theologos village, then in the first street left. After around 180m turn right and at the end of the street you will see Doukas studios that is on the left side.
If you want an accommodation isolated from the noise and crowd, and at the same time just a few minutes from the center and all facilities, with private parking that is really rare in Potos, then Doukas studios is the right choice for you.

The internet was not very good. In the evening it was impossible to play even a song on YouTube. Towels could be changed and the room cleaned every three days instead of every five. But overall, a positive impression.
