Our description
Kira Veta Apartment is a renovated apartment with a separate bedroom, located in the heart of the town. Nearby, you will find beaches, promenades, the first shops, souvenir shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible within walking distance for the guests of this accommodation.
This accommodation is located in the center of Potos, only 50m away from the city beach. It was renovated in 2023 and has been welcoming tourists ever since.
It offers a single apartment (50m2) on the ground floor, featuring a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed. In the living room, there is a corner sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with two TV sets, air conditioning, a spacious kitchen where you can find a toaster, an electric kettle, and a large refrigerator. It also provides internet access and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.
Cleaning, towel, and linen replacement are done every three to four days.
This accommodation does not have a yard, but there is a seating area in front of the entrance, conveniently located on the promenade. There is no private parking, but a large public parking area is available at the entrance to Potos. Additionally, there is a private parking lot within a fifty-meter distance, which is chargeable and has a guard.
Kira Veta Apartment is located on a street that, when approached from Limenaria, is immediately before the central intersection, on the right side. The house is on the left side when you enter the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
