Sea Bird Studios and Apartments is a renovated accommodation located in the first row to the sea so from its terraces the guests can have a beautiful sea view. Also, on their disposal is a set of two sunbeds and an umbrella.

Villa is located in Skala Potamia, 400m away from the sandy city beach. The beach in front of the accommodation is rocky at the beginning and after starts the sandy part. Next to the villa is the closest shop, while in the center (650m) you can find a bigger market, souvenir shops, fast food restaurants, etc.

Accommodation consists of four studios and four apartments with equipped kitchen (electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine), TV, hairdryer, safe, etc.

The apartments are located in the building behind the first one you see upon entering the yard. They have partial and side sea view. Two apartments are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The apartments in the bedroom have one double bed, and in the living room one fold out sofa. Both rooms have TVs, while air condition is only located in the living room. These units are very spacious (40m2) and equipped with new, modern furniture.

The studios are located in the first building, with direct sea view. Two studios are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. Three studios have one double bed and a sofa, and in the fourth there are a double bed and a fold out armchair. The size of these units is around 20m2, but we must note that the two studios are a little bit bigger.

Since the renovation, cooking and frying are prohibited in the accommodation units. However, for these purposes, you can use the electric stove located in the yard.

Cleaning and the replacement of towels are being done every day while the replacement of bed linen is being done every two day.

The yard, though small, is nicely decorated and paved. The building also has a private parking available to the guests.

To get to this accommodation you need to continiue driving on the road that goes next to the sea and as soon as you pass the tavern Flisvos you will see this small family hotel from your left.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
