Accommodation description
Sea Bird Studios and Apartments is a renovated accommodation located in the first row to the sea so from its terraces the guests can have a beautiful sea view. Also, on their disposal is a set of two sunbeds and an umbrella.
Villa is located in Skala Potamia, 400m away from the sandy city beach. The beach in front of the accommodation is rocky at the beginning and after starts the sandy part. Next to the villa is the closest shop, while in the center (650m) you can find a bigger market, souvenir shops, fast food restaurants, etc.
Accommodation consists of four studios and four apartments with equipped kitchen (electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine), TV, hairdryer, safe, etc.
The apartments are located in the building behind the first one you see upon entering the yard. They have partial and side sea view. Two apartments are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The apartments in the bedroom have one double bed, and in the living room one fold out sofa. Both rooms have TVs, while air condition is only located in the living room. These units are very spacious (40m2) and equipped with new, modern furniture.
The studios are located in the first building, with direct sea view. Two studios are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. Three studios have one double bed and a sofa, and in the fourth there are a double bed and a fold out armchair. The size of these units is around 20m2, but we must note that the two studios are a little bit bigger.
Since the renovation, cooking and frying are prohibited in the accommodation units. However, for these purposes, you can use the electric stove located in the yard.
Cleaning and the replacement of towels are being done every day while the replacement of bed linen is being done every two day.
The yard, though small, is nicely decorated and paved. The building also has a private parking available to the guests.
To get to this accommodation you need to continiue driving on the road that goes next to the sea and as soon as you pass the tavern Flisvos you will see this small family hotel from your left.

An exceptionally well-equipped apartment, along with the bathroom. The landlady is incredibly meticulous. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly every day. Bed linen and towels are changed every other day. The only issue we encountered was related to the imprecise descriptions provided by the people from Nikana. We were looking for a four-bed apartment with a sea view but received only a side view from the terrace, looking through a passage three meters wide between two buildings. For those for whom a sea view is important: the property has four double studios (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor), and only they have a true sea view. The two four-bed studios on the first floor have a side view of the sea, but they are well shielded by neighboring buildings. The two four-bed apartments are on the ground floor, and I have described their view. Apartment number 5 has a window in the bedroom that looks onto the internal staircase of the building, while apartment number 6 has a regular window that overlooks the parking lot. The biggest drawback of the property is the poor beach in front, which is only 4-5 meters wide and consists of coarse gravel. This is compensated by two factors. First, the access to the water is excellent, sandy, very shallow for a long distance, and the water is exceptionally clean, so very few bathers swim there due to the poor beach. Second, the villa has a beautifully arranged yard with lovely tables, where there is shade almost all day, so this yard can serve as an alternative to the beach. A price of 106 euros for the second half of August would be reasonable if the beach were better; as it stands, it feels a bit steep.
