The accommodation at Sissy Suites - San Antonio exceeded all my expectations. The apartment is comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and exceptionally clean. The room is cleaned every day, and during the nine nights we stayed, our linens were changed three times (which I have never experienced anywhere in Greece). The courtyard is spacious, and it leads directly to a phenomenal beach. For those who value this - there are no cafes, markets, or fast food on that beach, only two restaurants that are not particularly cheap. For anything you need, you must go to Potos, which is about a kilometer away. I highly recommend it for those seeking a peaceful vacation.

Excellent location, but the apartment's furnishings are quite modest, nearly devoid of natural light. The switches on the stove are broken, and the kitchen sink is damaged.

Although we filled out the reservation request in a timely manner while the apartments were available, our reservation was canceled a few days later due to alleged unavailability. Specifically, the owner rented the apartment to previous guests, disregarding our reservation for two apartments during the same period! This is utterly unprofessional... Perhaps it is a blessing in disguise that we did not go to this villa with small children, as after reading the latest reviews from guests, I fully believe everything they have written!

Regarding the accommodation, I can say that it is satisfactory. It is clean, there is no dampness, the air conditioning works well, but the burners are a bit slow. The location of the accommodation is acceptable, although the beach of San Antonio is not great. The water is often dirty, and there are stones at the water's edge. Sun loungers cost €6, and you receive two bottles of water. It was stated that you can walk to Potosa from the beach, but I disagree with that. Partially, it is possible, but partly it is mud and stones from the river that has dried up, making it not very feasible. The biggest disappointment is the owners. We learned from some people that the villa is actually divided in half, i.e., the owners are a brother and sister (Saša and Sisi). When we paid for the accommodation, we contacted the owner, but upon arrival, we encountered the owner. The man told us to come and check our accommodation as it was not yet cleaned, handed us the keys, took the money, and said he had to leave. That was the only time we saw him. We never even saw the owner. This is unacceptable, considering that we lost power in the accommodation and had no one to turn to. The owner left a contact number, but he did not respond to messages about the power outage and our uncertainty about what to do. We were without power for about an hour, waiting for someone to come, and when we saw that no one would come, we were forced to search the accommodation for the fuses ourselves. Fortunately, my husband works in a field related to electricity, so we solved the problem ourselves. I wondered what would have happened if there had been a mother with a baby, for instance, who needed to warm up milk!? So, totally unprofessional. We stayed in this accommodation for 4 nights (5 days), and during that time, our bed linens and towels were never changed. Also, the apartment was never cleaned, meaning we cleaned it ourselves while searching the entire building for a broom, as there is none in the accommodation. And finally, on the day of departure. Packed down to the last detail, we waited an hour for someone to show up to return the keys, but no one appeared. We sent another message, not knowing to whom, only to be told - just go and leave the key in the lock!? So, no farewell. I do not expect a farewell committee, but I think it is appropriate to see off your guests. All in all, a big minus goes for not having a reception, or at least having someone from the owners available.

We stayed in the villa for ten days, starting from July 25th. What surprised us at the beginning was that no one greets you; instead, you have to inform them upon your arrival. Then, Mrs. Sissy (in our case) comes, shows you where you are accommodated, and immediately takes your money, warning you not to accidentally separate the key from the card that activates the electricity, so you don’t leave the air conditioning running and waste their electricity while you’re not in the apartment. Both situations leave a somewhat bitter taste in your mouth, as it feels like you might run away without paying them or robbing them of electricity, and so on. Until now, and we have been vacationing and coming to Greece for a long time, often throughout the year and off-season, this has never happened to us. The furnishings are quite decent and for apartment conditions in Greece, semi-hotel-like, and that is the best part of it all. The apartments are dark; some have a window that literally looks at a concrete wall just twenty centimeters away. Ours had two small windows at the top, unless it was a basement. We thought they would clean and change the bedding on the third day, as they started, but we were mistaken. We barely received that service twice - on the third and ninth days of our stay, after much insistence. They always had an excuse. The Wi-Fi signal constantly drops, and you are constantly pressured to connect to nearby hotels, which is unacceptable. The beach is excellent and really close, making it great for small children. Sun loungers are charged at 2€ plus the umbrella, and that’s fine. You can also order drinks from the nearby hotel. I requested and emphasized that we receive a mattress with the crib, but it was not available. The parking is good. All in all, I believe it is too expensive compared to what you get.

I vacationed in June 2011 with my family and two small children. The accommodation was excellent, and the housekeeper came almost every day. They changed the bed linens and towels every 3-4 days. The house is literally right on the beach of San Antonio. It is perfect for families with children due to its proximity to the beach, and there is parking available. At night, it is quiet since there are no cafes nearby. Shopping requires a trip to Potos, which is just a few minutes by car.

We stayed at Villa Sissy in the first half of June. The property features studios and apartments, both new and old. We were assigned a non-renovated studio, but the landlady showed us around the new ones. They were very beautiful, with new furniture. We also saw the apartments. Some had larger bathrooms, but one of the rooms lacked a window, while others had slightly smaller bathrooms and rooms with windows. I preferred the studios more. The villa is located right on the beach, but the yard is quite large, and you have to walk 50 meters to reach the sand. We stayed at this villa for 5 days. During that time, they did not change the bed linens or towels even once, nor did they clean the room. Behind the villa, there are brooms, buckets, rags, and cleaning is left to you. There are no showers on the beach, but there are some in the yard of Sissy. San Antonio beach is beautiful and great for children. Be sure to climb up to the hill above the beach - you will see a fantastic sunset :-). Sunbeds cost 6 euros, but for guests of Sissy, they are 5 euros, and if you rent two sunbeds, you will receive a liter of water as a gift.
