Hotel Description

Velo Studios is the accommodation in Potos, very close to the crossroad and the beach (just a few steps away). It offers studios and apartments very well equipped and with nice furniture. Private parking is available.

Velo is about 100 meters from the closest beach and about 200m from the central intersection in Potos (where you can find a market, bakery and restaurants).

Velo has studios with 2-4 beds and one apartment with five beds (see photos).

There are two double studios (15m2) and one is overlooking the street while another is on the second floor with big veranda and sea view. Both studios have double beds.

Four studios are triple (20m2) and they are all on the first floor. They have one double and a single bed.

One studio is quadruple (25m2), it’s on the first floor and it has one double and two single beds. The balcony has a view to the backside, of the pool from the neighbourhood hotel.

The quintuple apartment (46m2) has one bedroom with a double and single bed and a living room with a kitchen and one more double bed. Both double beds in this apartment have a size smaller than standard. Thisapartment is on the second floor and it has a big veranda with a sea view.

Villa has a wireless internet signal, and all the units have kitchen, bathroom, TV and air-conditioner. All the units, except the biggest apartment, were renovated in 2015. Some units have shower cabin.

Bed-linen and towel changing as well as cleaning is done every 4-5 days.

Private parking is provided.

Arriving from Limenaria, continue ahead after the main intersection. After about 150m after the church, you will see Velo on your left. MTB Bike Rental is located on the ground floor, it’s a shop for bicycle rental and for organizing cycling and hiking tours on the island.

Shops, bakeries, pastry shops, boutiques, promenade and everything else that Potos offers is a 2-minute walk away from the villa.

A very decent beach is across the street, just 100m away from the house, and that’s a big advantage of this villa.

The villa is situated in an excellent location, and parking is always available. The Wi-Fi works flawlessly.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
