Accommodation description

Villa del Vino is a brand new maisonette of modern, minimalist design, with a well-kept private courtyard. Situated in the traditional village of Mikros Prinos on the island of Thassos, approximately 6km from the sea.

The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, while upstairs there is an open sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa, an additional bedroom separated by doors with a double and a single bed, as well as a bathroom.

The villa has a surface area of 78m2 and can accommodate up to six people. It includes two air conditioning units, a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

Outside the entrance, there is a covered seating area with tables and chairs and a built-in barbecue. In the courtyard, there are sun loungers and a small gazebo.

Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.

The accommodation is cleaned every three days, with a change of bed linen and towels.

This house offers a peaceful and intimate environment with views of nature and mountains, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing family vacation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
