Elena's House Garden is located in Skala Kalirachi, near the beach. The apartment is ideal for families or larger groups because it has two separate bedrooms and spacious yard with a barbecue.
Villa is 2km away from the center of the village, 14km away from Limenaria and 18km from Potos. The closest beach is 100m away.
It is an accommodation that has one duplex apartment, renovated in 2012. The apartment is consisted of two bedrooms and can accommodate till seven people because it has one double, two single beds and two folding sofa beds. The owners can also provide an extra bed if it's necessary. The apartment has two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen with a stove. This unit has around 65m2.
The cleaning and the change of towels and bed linen are done in arrangement with the owner, depending on the duration of stay.
The yard is spacious and there's a barbecue, a swing, sun beds and sitting area.
The guests can find a parking place in front of the house, there's always plenty of space.
Coming from Prinos, take a turn approximately 1,8km from the port. When you pass the Panagia church, after 300m, take a left turn to a dirt road and you will see the accommodation soon.
The villa is an ideal choice for the ones that are looking for a vacation in a peaceful place, isolated from the crowd.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
