Owners description
The house is located on a hill, on the highest point of the village of Kallirachi, 500m from the center of the village and 3km far from the closest beach.
The peaceful location of the house offers a panoramic view of the sea and mountains, ideal for couples or family vacations.
It has a large garden with fruit trees and flowers, external dining table and BBQ. Also, it has a kitchen, a bathroom, three bedrooms full of art, free WiFi and private free parking. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, in the second there are one double and one single bed, while in the third there are one double and two single beds. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Eleni was the perfect host. She help us all time. She cook for as tradițional food. She and her husband are there all the time to help us. The location was perfect. The house are clean, beautiful and with all necessaries. The house is an ART house like museum. I like very much Varias ART house and i recommend to all the people that want to visit Thassos.

Наприкінці 2019 року ми планували подорож на острів Тасос у Північній Греції, на якому вже були за 3 роки до цього, і який дуже вразив нас своїми піщаними пляжами та блакитним кольором води Егейського моря. Для відпочинку шукали велику оселю для 2-х родин з дітьми (8 чоловік), подалі від узбережжя, в горах, оскільки планували відвідати всі пляжі Тасоса і звикли до такого відпочинку, коли береш з собою парасолю, сумку-холодильник, їдеш на пляж на автомобілі, і проводиш там весь день. Цей будинок для відпочинку ми обрали невипадково, оскільки він відповідає всім цим критеріям, знаходиться в 4-5 км від лінії берега високо в горах, найвищий у гірському містечку Калірахі (до нього веде досить крута заасфальтована дорога, до якої звикаєш за декілька днів). Більш того, світлини з букінгу обіцяли нам чудові краєвиди із фантастичними заходами сонця, оскільки це західний берег Тасоса. В зв‘язку із пандемією Covid-19 очікувати на подорож довелось 2 роки, але коли ми прибули до будинку у червні 2021 року, всі наші сподівання справдилися і навіть були перевершені! Оселя знаходиться в тихій сільській місцевості, майже в «центрі природи», і ідеально підійде для 2-3 родин, які віддають перевагу індивідуальному відпочинку. Господарі будинку, Дімітріос та Єлена, дуже гостинні і приємні люди, які багато років професійно займаються художньою та музичною творчістю. Будинок декоровано великою кількістю власноруч написаних господарями картин. Ми провели з ними багато приємних вечорів на терасі будинку за келихом вина та вишуканими морськими делікатесами, приготованими власноруч на грилі, насолоджуючись фантастичними заходами сонця.
