Hotel Description

Christin Apartments is one of the best possible choices, not only in Potos but in the entire Thassos. High quality and clean accommodation on a fantastic location, with private parking (as a special advantage) and a small semi-private beach with no crowd at all.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Potos, on one of the best locations in this small town. City beach is 50 meters away.

Entrance from the street leads into the spacious courtyard, with a lot of greenery and shade. Accommodation consists of three buildings with 13 apartments, type A and type B, for three and four persons. Apartments type A (27m2) have one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed or two single beds. They can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. Apartments type B (37m2) are duplex apartments, with two separate bedrooms and a living room. They are more comfortable, and also designed for families with two children or couples.

Apartments in the first and second building are arranged next to each other on the ground floor and located laterally in relation to the street. They’re facing the backyard. In the bottom of the yard, closest to the sea, there is a separate building with a total of eight apartments on the ground and upper floor overlooking the sea.

In the first ground level building, there are three apartments - one type A for four people, and two type B for four people. In the second ground level building, there are two apartments, one type A for four people, and the other type B for four people. In the house by the beach, there are eight apartments, four on the ground floor and four on the first floor. Two apartments are type B for four people, and six apartments are type A, two to four people, and four for three people.

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, safe, air conditioning, mosquito nets, hair dryer, coffee maker, complimentary wireless internet and satellite TV. Not luxurious, but they are very good and equipped with very nice furniture, decorated with style and very clean.

Hygiene is held regularly, and a change of bed linen and towels is performed after three days.

The yard is very spacious, full of flowers, palm trees and greenery, with plenty of space to run and play in the children’s playground. In the yard, there’s also a grill, seating furniture, covered summer house for the enjoyment and dining by the sea, and there’s enough space for parking cars in the shade. There is access to a small beach (30m), shared by Papaikonomou Villa and Christin Apartments. The beach is small and intimate, sandy on the coast and mostly (first 2-3 meters) rocky in the water. It’s never crowded because it’s sheltered and hidden - ideal for relaxation with a book.

This accommodation has a prime location because it’s in the heart of Potos. It offers tranquillity to its guests, enclosed parking, big yard, shade and easy access to the beach - things really hard to find in Potos. At the same time, from the other end of the yard, you can exit directly onto the promenade full of shops, fast food restaurants, taverns, supermarkets and souvenir shops.

Arriving from Limenaria, after Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn half -right into the first street that is diagonally going downhill towards the sea. A few hundred meters further, after Hotel Potos, you’ll see Christin Apartments on the right side of the street.

If you don’t like a small private beach, the city beach is only two minutes walking from the apartments. If you want family accommodation ideally located in Potos, Christin Apartments is a great choice, so hurry up with the reservation.

If you want complete peace and quiet, choose apartments closer to the sea and farther from the street's bustle.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
