We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation; the price-to-quality ratio is perfect. Our apartment was cleaned and towels were changed every two days. Villa Ermioni Fresh is located right on Tripiti Beach, which is excellent for those who enjoy snorkeling due to the stone slabs in the water and the rich and diverse marine life. The terraces offer a view of the sea, adding to the overall enjoyment. The owner is very kind. This accommodation comes highly recommended.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, right on Tripoty beach, surrounded by pine forests. Efi, the hostess, is very kind and eager to assist. The rooms are cleaned every two days, and everything is impeccably clean. I find the studio rather cramped, small (4-bed studio, two levels), and we could barely pass each other. The stairs to the upper level are so narrow that you have to walk on your toes; there is no space for your entire foot. The kitchen is modestly equipped. Cutlery and plates are available, but there is no coffee pot (which is a significant downside for those of us who drink coffee first thing in the morning), no frying pan, nor any dishes for preparing salad, just one small pot. Additionally, dining is only possible outside on the terrace, and as soon as you bring out the food, the wasps come buzzing...

My only complaint is regarding the small table on the terrace and the lighting in the kitchenette (there is literally not a single bulb, making it quite difficult to navigate in the evening, while during the day it is unnecessary).

The accommodation is outstanding, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything one might need. Its location by the beach is phenomenal. The view of the sea is breathtaking, and there is no noise. The owners are exceptionally kind. Parking facilities are excellent. The nearest repair shop is just a two-minute drive away, and Potos is a mere ten minutes away. There are markets nearby along the main road. All praises!

At Ermioni Fresh Villa, my husband and I stayed from August 16 to 28, 2019. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and situated right on Tripiti beach. In the apartment, you have everything you need if you are a couple. The room is just the right size for two; I don’t know how it would be with an extra bed, but I assume it would be rather cramped. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, all appliances work, the stove is excellent, and the refrigerator functions well. Everything is impeccably clean. My advice is always to bring a good frying pan. I always tell everyone this, regardless of where they travel, in case they prepare their own meals. Also, you should know that dishwashing supplies and kitchen towels are not provided. The bathroom is small, but believe me, very functional. Toilet paper is provided throughout your stay, as well as hand soap. The terrace is spacious enough for you to have lunch or dinner, just the two of you. The view is of the sea. The shade on the terrace is not all-day, as it was before the storm when two large pines were broken that used to shade the terrace all day. We drank coffee in the room, sitting facing the sea. Practically, the terrace doors are like a large frame showcasing the beautiful picture of the sea and pines. From 5 PM, you have shade on the terrace. The owner is young, cultured, and very hardworking. She works daily to prepare the apartments for new guests and also cleans the already occupied apartments. Our apartment was cleaned three times; she changed the linens twice and the towels three times. Everything we requested was immediately provided. When I say she cleaned, to my pleasant surprise, it also meant cleaning the stove; she even washed the dishes we left, the coffee cups, when we left early to explore the island. So, she is very diligent and dedicated to her guests. Efi, as she is called, speaks excellent English, so communication flows smoothly. From the property to the beach, you only need to walk through the yard and you are already at the beach. The shore is sandy, and in the sea, there are small pebbles, large stone slabs covered with soft, let’s call it sea moss; that’s how it feels when you step on the stone, and there is no shallow water like on some beaches where you can walk on sand for miles with water up to your knees. As soon as you enter, already two meters from the entrance, the water is deep so you don’t have a bottom under your feet. For swimmers, it’s a delight. Don’t be discouraged if you have small children. The pebbles are not sharp, and if you enter the water towards the volleyball net that is halfway between the bar on the beach and the hotel which is slightly lower on the beach, towards Prinos, there you will be able to enter the water without any problems, as there is both sand and just enough shallow water to enjoy with your children. We saw children playing by themselves, of course under the watchful eyes of their parents, enjoying the waves. You only have shade on the beach if you rent sunbeds at the bar or hotel. Of course, you can also bring your own umbrella and lie down at your leisure on the pebbles, quite comfortably, or on the sand. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and at the beach bar; I mean the same Wi-Fi works in both places and it’s excellent. Nearby, as a pedestrian, you have nothing in terms of shops, pharmacies, etc. Everything is a 5-minute drive away in Liminarija if you go by car. All in all, if you want to be at the beach and in a clean, comfortable apartment, you will love Ermioni Fresh. There is also the beach you have surely seen in photographs where you swim through a tunnel in the rock into the turquoise sea. You reach the beach when you pass the sunbeds of the Blue Dream hotel, continue uphill and to the right you will find a small sandy beach behind the cape visible from the main beach. The little fish here can nibble, just so you know.

Before I express my opinion, I would like to note that for guests, the location of the accommodation is far more important than its appearance, as well as the proximity and accessibility of other beaches, markets, and so on. Upon arriving at the accommodation, the first thing that surprised us was that the villa does not have a large courtyard shaded by pines; instead, the entire courtyard is a parking lot. Although there are conditions for the space to be divided into parking and a courtyard, and there is even a paved area that seems like a seating space, there is not a single bench or free space. The website clearly states that the accommodation has a large courtyard with parking, but unfortunately, this is not true. Everything is designated for parking. Given that we spent the hottest part of the day in that shade, as the children did not want to be indoors, after 7-8 days of our arrival, the staff (who already know us well and recognize us) approached us with the question of who we are and how they can assist us, which immediately gave us the impression that they were not pleased with our presence in that space. Thus, the shade is not intended for anything other than parking. We were surprised by the room itself and its furnishings. In the room, we were greeted by two single beds and one auxiliary bed that was half-broken, which further broke on the very first night. Regarding the basic equipment of the studio, upon arrival, we had to go in search of a store to stock up on sponges, detergent, cloth... there were no three glasses, three plates, three sets of cutlery, or three chairs for sitting in the accommodation... We found a coat rack hidden behind a wardrobe and unusable... The owner had information about the ages of the children, who are old enough that all of this is certainly necessary. Of course, the owner made an effort to provide us with most of the requested items, justifying that these are rooms for two (?!) even though she had information that three people were coming and that the children were large. Here, I must note that even then, after additional urgencies, we did not receive all the requested utensils in both rooms. For the second room, we had to ask her once more, and even then, she did not provide a sufficient number of dishes. At that time, we were also given a different auxiliary bed that was half-broken, but we somehow managed to endure. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and two days after our arrival, the cleaner asked if she could come in and change the linens and towels, which was the first positive impression of the accommodation since we arrived. Already after two days, the cleaners replaced our linens and towels again. And from that point on, for the next ten days, absolutely no one appeared to clean or change the linens until our departure. Thus, our room was not cleaned even every three to four days nor at the halfway point of our stay, as stated in what we consider a poor description on the Nikana website. At that point, we first paid attention to the text on the website and realized that it was written very confusingly, as the information about both villas (Ermioni and Ermioni Fresh) intertwines. Therefore, although there are separate links for both villas, the text listing different cleaning schedules and room descriptions is mixed on both links with the text about both villas alternately, so you are not sure what you have read and which villa a specific cleaning schedule refers to. Until now, we have not had such an unpleasant experience either privately as tourists or professionally in the field of tourism services, so we must say that the poorly written text put us in a position where we actually did not know what we had reserved, which caused a series of unpleasant surprises upon our arrival. Honestly, we did not pay attention to those ambiguities during the reservation because, until now, we have not had any misunderstandings with Nikana or other hosts. The owner made an effort to meet our requests, but our overall impression of the service is that it does not match the price and that everything was approached rather carelessly.

We had the opportunity to stay in both villas, as Ermioni Fresh Villa consists of a new and an old part. The new section is modern and beautifully decorated. I can only offer one suggestion to Ifigenia (the owner), although it is a matter of taste and habit: to add a shower tray, as we Balkans are accustomed to having a dry bathroom after showering. Nevertheless, the floor is well designed, and the slope allows water to drain quickly into the drain. Everything else—the room, terrace, and kitchenette—was very pleasing to me, and the accommodation in the new part is quite functional, making the stay enjoyable. As for the old part, I cannot attribute any excessive complaints to it either, except for the recommendation regarding the mattress with a wire core in the bed, as I personally prefer firmer mattresses. Also, like in the new part, the old part's shower lacks a tray. The old section is nestled in the pleasant shade of pines, which I find very appealing. Ifigenia (the owner) is a very kind and cheerful young woman, dedicated to her work and always ready to assist and advise her guests. The beach is, as stated in the accommodation description, just a few steps away from both properties. The beach bar offers a decent selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff at the beach bar is also very friendly. For two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach, you need to pay 5 euros, but to the left and right of the organized beach area, there are larger spaces where people can stay with their own umbrellas, tents, mattresses, etc., so even those with tighter budgets can enjoy Tripiti beach without any issues. To the right of the beach bar, there is a volleyball court, so volleyball enthusiasts can make use of it. The sea is very clean, and as noted in the description, there are stone slabs at the water's edge, so I would recommend to non-exhibitionists and families with small children, who choose accommodation at Ermioni Fresh, to use the right side of the beach, as there the entrance to the water has sand or in some places gravel, and there is also a shallow area. Although most tourists certainly practice spending at least a few days at other beaches during their stay, not just the one that is in close proximity. In the vicinity of the villa, there are taverns, and the nearest grocery store is just 2 turns away from the accommodation, about 1 km, at the entrance to Limenarija, and it is very well equipped, meaning it has almost everything. Additionally, in the immediate vicinity, towards Limenarija, there are 2 gas stations, a car wash (self-service), as well as the "factory" of gold Iris gold with a large selection of jewelry made from silver, gold, surgical steel, rubber, watches, notebooks, albums, etc. Based on our personal experience during our stay at Ermioni Fresh villa, as people say in advertisements, I would recommend this accommodation to my friends, family, and colleagues, so I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality vacation at a reasonable price.

My husband and I vacationed this year in August at this villa, and I must say it was quite lovely. One thing I would particularly highlight is that at night, you can hear vehicles passing along the only road around the island if you sleep with the window open. The accommodation itself was fine, except that my husband complained about the creaking of the bed, especially at night when he turned, which disturbed his sleep. We were on the upper floor. Otherwise, the beach is beautiful, ideal for swimmers, tranquil, and not overly crowded; sun loungers and umbrellas were free if you woke up early and made a reservation.

At the end of June, the three of us - my son, my wife, and I - had the opportunity to stay in this establishment. At our request, a third bed was added, making the room somewhat cramped, yet there was enough space for two small tables, one larger table, and a wardrobe. The kitchen is modest, just like the entire apartment, but it has everything necessary. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and is satisfactory. The water is heated by solar energy, and it runs out quickly when night falls. The terrace is also small but sufficient for meals. Each of the ten rooms has cable TV and internet; we were fortunate with the weather and didn't watch TV at all. The yard is spacious, shaded by pines, and less than a minute's walk from the beach. Not too close, nor too far. The beach is nice, but if you have a car, you can visit even more interesting places. The landlady is very kind and accommodating to all requests, though not necessarily to every single one. The establishment is located 2 km away from Limenarija, where evening walks are particularly pleasant.

Our visit lasted from July 25 to August 5, 2012. I was with my husband, and we were truly satisfied, primarily because the accommodation is located right on the beach. If you wish, you can explore further, although I believe it is unnecessary since the beach is phenomenal. It is enough to say that if I return to Thassos, I will seek accommodation at Villa Ermioni!
