Hotel Description

Aniez Villa is located in the village of Skala Kallirachi, in a peaceful and natural environment, 350m away from the sandy beach and the center of the village where restaurants and cafes are situated, while a supermarket and a pharmacy are also nearby.

The villa was renovated in 2024 and spans two levels. On the lower level, there is a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom. On the upper level, in the attic, there are three bedrooms and a toilet. Two rooms are equipped with a double bed each, while the third has a single bed. An extra bed is also available. The living room has two sofas, so the total accommodation capacity of the villa is up to eight people.

The property is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped - with a large fridge with a freezer, four burners, a microwave oven, a large oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

There is a table and chairs on the veranda, and the yard is fenced and beautifully landscaped. The shade and pleasant atmosphere during the summer are provided by olive trees. Guests also have access to a brick barbecue.

Guests can park 20m away from the house. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement, and an additional fee is determined depending on the situation.

For each reservation, there is a mandatory final cleaning fee. Upon request, additional sets of towels and bed linen can be provided, as well as an additional cleaning service.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
