Hotel Description

Casa Del Sol is located in a small fishing village Skala Maries, just 50m from the city beach. Aparment is spacious, very nicely decorated and has sea view. Guests can use barbecue.

It’s only 450m from the famous Atspas beach. The market and the butcher’s shop are at 50 meters from the accommodation, as well as the center of the place with taverns and the city beach.

It’s a renovated apartment (52m2) that’s been rented since 2017. It’s located on the second floor and it’s intended for up to four adults and a baby. There’s a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer, and the kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a hot plate and a small oven. The apartment has two terraces with a view of the sea and the center of the city. There’s also a barbecue on the terrace. There’s no possibility of adding an extra bed.

The apartment has WiFi, AC, TV and mosquito nets.

Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done after three days.

There’s no private parking, but guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.

When you reach the central bay in this place, you’ll see this accommodation on the left side of the hill after 50m.

Casa del Sol is good choice for those who want nice accommodation with sea view.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
