Novus Apartments is located in the village of Skala Maries, in the southwest of the island of Thassos, offering a unique combination of privacy, tranquility, and natural beauty. Surrounded by lush greenery and away from the crowds, this accommodation provides a wonderful view of the sea in the distance. It is situated 350m from the town beach and the central street with dining establishments, as well as 300m from Platanes Beach, making it an ideal choice for those seeking to relax in silence and enjoy the authentic ambiance of the island, far from everyday stress.

The offer includes six apartments, with a maximum capacity for two adults and two children, distributed in three two-story buildings constructed on a sloping terrain (cascade construction). Each apartment features a sofa for two people in the living room with a kitchen, while the bedroom includes a double bed. One of the apartments is located on the ground floor of the lowest building and is adapted for people with disabilities.

These air-conditioned apartments, equipped with independent air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, offer guests free Wi-Fi, two TVs, a hairdryer, iron, and washing machine, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two glass-ceramic hobs, a filter coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom includes a shower without a tub, with a glass partition.

Guests can enjoy the veranda or balcony furnished with seating. Only some apartments have a sea view, while others overlook the mountains and the street.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior arrangement.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, as well as cleaning services.

Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.

Novus Apartments is located 7km from Limenaria and 31km from the main town of Limenas. The nearest airport is in Kavala, approximately 55km away.

Excellent apartment. Everything is as described and shown in the pictures. Very nicely decorated, with a spacious terrace offering a view of the sea, beaches, and the center, all within less than 5 minutes.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
