Situated just 350m from the town beach and the central street with dining options, and 300m from Platanes Beach, it is an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat to enjoy the authentic charm of the island, far from everyday stress.
The property features six apartments, each accommodating up to two adults and two children, spread across three two-story buildings constructed on sloped terrain (terraced design). Each apartment includes a sofa bed for two in the living room with a kitchen, and a double bed in the bedroom. One apartment, located on the ground floor of the lowest building, is wheelchair accessible.
These air-conditioned apartments offer separate air conditioning units in both the living room and the bedroom. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, two TVs, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two ceramic cooktops, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower with a glass partition.
Guests can relax on the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating areas. While some apartments offer sea views, others overlook the mountains or the street.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement.
Linen and towels are changed every three days, and cleaning is performed at the same interval.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the property.
