Description
Novus Apartments is located in the village of Skala Maries, in the southwest of the island of Thassos, 350m from the town beach and the central street with restaurants, and 300m from Platanes beach.
There are six apartments available, with a maximum capacity for two adults and two children, arranged in three two-storey buildings built on sloping terrain (cascade construction). Each apartment includes a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen, while the bedroom features a double bed. One of the apartments is situated on the ground floor of the lowest building and is adapted for people with disabilities.
These air-conditioned apartments, with independent cooling units in both the living room and bedroom, offer guests free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two ceramic hobs, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower without a tub, with a glass partition.
On warm summer days, guests can relax on the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating sets. Some apartments offer sea views, while others overlook the mountains and the street.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, as well as cleaning services.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.
Novus Apartments is located 7km from Limenaria and 31km from the main town of Limenas. The nearest airport is in Kavala, approximately 55km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj za tri porodice 5 odraslih I 6 deca .Deca su 13,13,9,8,4 2 god ne mora ista vila moze blizu datum 03.08 pa nadalje znaci pocetak avgusta
