Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Intra Mare Apartments is located next to the beach, in a peaceful and family-friendly village. It is a newly built/renovated accommodation, beautifully and modernly decorated. Guests have at their disposal a well-maintained courtyard, WiFi, air conditioning, and a private balcony or veranda.
It is situated in the north of the island of Thassos, in the very center of Skala Potamia.
The nearest market is located 100m away, while the beach, taverns, restaurants, and cafes are in the immediate vicinity.
There are a total of nine units available for reservation, accommodating up to eight people.
Ground floor:
Two maisonettes, with a capacity of up to eight people. They cover an area of 60m2 and span two levels.
On the lower level, there is a double bed and a sofa for two people. On the side, outside the lower part, there are stairs leading to the upper part, so the lower and upper parts are physically separated. The upper floor is decorated the same as the lower one.
Each of the floors has its own little kitchenette. The ground floor has a private veranda, while the upper floor has a standard balcony.
Two studios, A and B, with a capacity of up to four people. Covering an area of 37m2, they consist of a double bed and a sofa for two.
Studio S, which also accommodates up to four people. With an area of 22m2, it consists of a double bed, above which there is a single bed (bunk bed style) and a sofa.
Upper floor:
Studio number 1, with a capacity of up to five people. Covering an area of 50m2, it consists of a double bed, a sofa for two people, and another sofa where one person can sleep.
Studio P, accommodating up to four people. Covering an area of 22m2, it consists of a double bed, above which there is another double bed (bunk bed style).
Two rooms, A and B, covering 37m2. They consist of a double bed and a sofa for two.
This type of unit does not have its own kitchen, but there is a shared kitchen that these two rooms share.
The accommodation is newly built/renovated. All units have air conditioning, WiFi, TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a balcony (if the units are on the upper floor) or a private veranda (if the units are on the ground floor), and a well-maintained courtyard with garden furniture.
The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, and the lawn is well-maintained. It features garden furniture that all guests of this accommodation can use.
There is a private parking lot, with a limited number of spaces that cannot be reserved.
