One of the most popular accommodations for OuranoupolisLiotrivi Studios is the accommodation in Ouranopolis, in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery. It offers eight well-kept and clean accommodation units for 2-7 people, some with a sea view. Ample private parking available for guests, and there's a small beach below the accommodation.
The center is about 300m away, the nearest grocery store and bakery are at 200m, and the nearest restaurant is 100m away. The beach below the accommodation is 50m away, downhill. It's non-arranged, pebbly and sandy, with stones in the water. The nearest organized beach is about 100m away.
The accommodation consists of two buildings with one double room, four studios for 2-3 persons and three apartments for 2-7 persons.
One room, a studio and an apartment are on the ground floor of the first building. The room and studio each have two iron single beds, and the apartment has two wooden single beds in the kitchen and two wooden single beds in the bedroom. These units have a separate entrance through the veranda, and the bathroom with a built-in shower space without a curtain (unlike the units upstairs). They are suitable for people with disabilities. The room with one single bed is also available as a separate unit for one person.
Three studios and one apartment are on the upper floor. Two studios have two single beds and the possibility of adding the third, while the third studio has one double and a single bed. The apartment has two single beds in a bedroom and three single beds in a kitchen.
All kitchens in the first building have a 2-ring hot plate and a small fridge with freezer.
There's only one apartment (90m2) for 5-7 people in the second building (behind the first one). It has three bedrooms, two with two single beds and a third with one single bed, i.e. a kitchen with a double sofa bed, stove with oven and a large fridge with freezer.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV internet and a hairdryer. Baby cot is available on request at time of booking.
Cleaning is performed every day, while towels and bed linen are replaced every third day. Laundry service is available free of charge.
The yard is enclosed, with a little grass.
Turn left from the tower in the center and drive ahead to the unpaved section, then continue uphill till the end of the street.

Studios Liotrivi is operating since 2015. The hotel consists of eight spacious and fully equipped rooms, that have an amazing sea view. We are located at about 150m from the Tower of Ouranoupolis and the port, as well as three minutes away from the city center.
Each room is equipped with a bathroom, a kitchenette, air conditioning, LCD TV, a small fridge and free WiFi internet.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

We're interested in an apartment (NOT studio) for 2 adults and 1 child of 7 years, 13–22 July 2024. The important condition is to have at least 2 separated places/rooms with beds, separated physycally by a wall (with or without door), so that we can have our privacy after the child fell asleep. Does the 4-bed apartment fulfill this criteria? Which ones are the photos for the 4-bed apartment?

Vrlo smo zadovoljni apartmanom 90m². Cisto , uredno , gazdarica na usluzi uvek , plaza prekoputa , centar i restorani vrlo blizu.

Iskreno preporučujem da odaberete ovaj smeštaj, ja sam neko ko nikad ne ponavlja svoje destinacije iz godine u godinu ali zaista imam želju da se vratim u Uranopolis, čak i u istu sobu. Smeštaj je moderan u odnosu na ostale u kojim smo boravili, čist (posteljina se menja na 3 dana maks.) gazda i gazdarica su jako ljubazni i šta god da vam zatreba izlaze u susret odmah, klima se ne doplaćuje a na odlasku smo dobili i poklon, i predložili nam da operemo auto u dvorištu pošto se nalaze na zemljanom putu. Obećala sam da ćemo navratiti kroz koju godinu.

Fantastičan smeštaj, pogled na more je neprocenljiv. Domaćini su ljubazni i izlaze u susret šta god vam zatreba. Smeštaj je čist i moderan. More je odmah preko puta tako da ne morate pešačiti do uređene plaže (koja je ove godine na početku gde su hoteli, kafić koji je imao ležaljke blizu Liotrivi ja ove sezone ne radi)
