Extremely poor rooms for that money.

The studio is located near the beach. The bathroom is pleasantly decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, the refrigerator cools efficiently, and the burners heat up quickly. Cafés are in close proximity. In the vicinity, there are beaches with natural shade: Pahis, Skala Rahoni, Ariba, Papa, and a few unnamed ones. It is ideal for small children and non-swimmers, as the water is shallow. There are shells on the shore, and the seabed is mostly sandy. The water is clear and very warm. There are no waves.

The summer vacation has come to an end, and my batteries are recharged. The accommodation was satisfactory, although I have a complaint because I specified that I wanted a room with a terrace. Our accommodation did have a terrace, but you had to exit the room through the hallway and outside, so I would label that as a shared terrace rather than our own. Meanwhile, others had direct access to their terraces from their rooms. Perhaps the mattresses could be a bit more comfortable, as you can feel the springs, which are not ideal for a good rest. However, the cleanliness was exceptional and deserves every praise, even more than one could expect. Additionally, the hospitality of the hosts was commendable. Nevertheless, summer is for swimming and relaxing, so you forget all the negatives and return to reality with all your regular activities, cherishing yet another beautiful summer. I would like to thank the hosts and Nikani once again for this wonderful vacation.

Studio Lazaridi is an excellent accommodation situated in a tranquil area, conveniently located near the beach and ample parking. The lodging is impeccably clean, with floors being cleaned daily and trash regularly disposed of, while bed linens and towels are changed every 4-5 days. The staff is exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist. The only drawback is the poor Wi-Fi, which may pose a challenge for those needing internet access for work.

A large station, with comfortable beds, warm water available around the clock, just a minute from the beach. What I found unappealing was the occasional smell of mud.

We vacationed in 2017 at the Lazaridi accommodation. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, spacious, and peaceful, just a step away from the sea. The beach is ideal for children, with very fine sand and shallow waters. Shops are not far away. Local Greeks come daily with a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Every morning, freshly caught fish can be purchased at the pier at very reasonable prices. We park the car right in front of the door, and it is always safe. We had everything we desired from our holiday. The location is excellent as it is close to the ferry. Additionally, it is a great base for exploring numerous beautiful beaches within a few kilometers. The owner informed us about the days of the big markets in nearby towns, so we stocked up on various local goods there. This year, we are back on Thassos for who knows how many times. This accommodation truly deserves every recommendation.

The accommodation and hosts are excellent; they are always there to assist you with anything you need. The beach is not particularly impressive, but a little further away, about three kilometers, you can find beautiful beaches (Pahis and Agios Fili). Nearby, there is a tavern with good food and gyros, and a store is also close by.

The accommodation is nothing special, but it is solid. The bedding and towels are very clean. The kitchen and bathroom, not so much. The landlady wipes the floor every day and changes the bedding and towels every third day... However, it seems that she does this automatically, without paying attention to details. I have no specific complaints, but it could be better. The pipes from the upper floor are routed through the corners of the lower floor, so from 6 in the morning onwards, you can hear every act of nature from the apartment above. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The landlady is a nice woman, but she struggles a bit with the language barrier. She speaks enough English to communicate. The location is solid. Within a 500 m radius, there are two smaller markets, one huge one, a pharmacy, and five restaurants or tavernas... A decent beach is right at your doorstep. At a nearby hotel, for 6 euros, you can get two sun loungers, a small table, and an umbrella for the whole day. From the beach, you can come home to use the toilet and drink a glass of water without any problem. Throughout the year, you can get by without starting your car, unless you want to stop around. There is improvised parking right next to the house. Of the two houses, in my opinion, it is better to choose the second one, the one closer to the beach, because the first one is on the main road and the bus stop is right outside the window, which causes noise. On the TV, there are exclusively Greek programs. The internet occasionally lags. It’s not something terrible, but I believe some minor adjustments are needed.

This morning we returned from Tasos. Skala Rachoni is a lovely little place, ideal for a family vacation. We chose the Lazaridi studio. It is close to the beach and near a tavern with excellent food, perfect. At first glance - everything seemed fine, the owner is a true Greek, everything can be arranged, and he even speaks Serbian. On the first day (it didn't last long), the kitchen faucet broke. I thought, I'll call the girl who works here (she cleans and all...) and she actually came and fixed it right away. Then a handyman appeared, replaced the faucet, and so on. From then on, some minor inconveniences started to bother us. First, that same confused girl, after cleaning, left the room door unlocked. I pointed it out to her, she apologized, it was her first time... The next day, the same thing happened again. I thought, what the hell is going on?! Anyway, we tried to stay calm, only for (thank God) in the last few days to start seeing water coming up from the drain in the bathroom! We were there, holding towels, buying and wringing them out, so that no one would get hurt (we have a small child). It's great that there's a tavern next door, but on Thursday evenings - it's Greek night, as if they were in your room, which isn't ideal for a small child. The internet works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't, but you get used to it. All in all, I've written a lot, perhaps more bad than good, maybe influenced by all the paranormal occurrences, but hey, it's better you know. The good thing is the proximity to the beach, the tranquility of the place, and the wonderful neighbors we had nearby (of course, our people). Conclusion: I believe the price of accommodation for this offer should be significantly lower; this is not realistic. Regards, Nebojša.

Lazaridi studio is situated in a quaint and tranquil village. The beach visible from the window offers a bit of shade and plenty of grass in the sea, which was not the best choice for us. Nearby the accommodation, there are some truly beautiful beaches: Ariba Beach is a 5-6 minute walk away, Pahis Beach is just a 2-minute drive, and Glyfoneri Beach is right next to Pahis Beach. The internet connection is rather poor. The kitchen, as previously mentioned in the comments, is quite small and poorly equipped. Hygiene is generally satisfactory, with towels changed every three days and rooms cleaned regularly. The staff is friendly. For those traveling with small children and requesting a crib in advance, I recommend bringing your own mattress, as there is no mattress provided with the crib, only a folded blanket.

The accommodation is excellent. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped; I am unsure if it is a newly built property or recently renovated, but in any case, it is a beautiful, high-quality, and modern space. Each apartment has a terrace, some larger and some smaller, but compared to other accommodations, the terraces seem larger than in the other apartments. Studio Layaridis is just a few meters from the sea, and the beach is literally visible from the rooms facing the sea. It is very clean; towels are changed every third day, and cleaning is done daily. The hosts are very kind and courteous people. The only drawback of this accommodation is that the Wi-Fi hardly works at all, although I shouldn't even mention it as a downside considering we are on vacation; perhaps we don't even need it, but habits are a wonder ;) That’s all; in any case, all compliments.

A new establishment, clean and tidy, with brand new furniture, and the owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. The beach is just 70 meters away and features a section shaded by pine trees. Right next to the studio is Taverna Olga, offering reasonable prices and live music every Thursday.

Excellent accommodation, everything is new. The location is splendid. The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and devoted. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the linens and towels are regularly changed. The place itself is not overly urbanized, the beaches are average, lacking a well-maintained promenade by the sea, yet it is a phenomenal location for exploring all other sites on the island. The nearby beaches are fantastic, as are the restaurants. Highly recommend this accommodation and location!
