Our description
The accommodation is located in Skala Rachoni, 30m from the sea. It has a great locations, on a quite place and hygiene is on a high level.
Lazaridi is consisted of two buildings. The first one is closer to the beach while the other one is right behind, but in the same yard, covered in tiles. In each building there are 8 studios, so 16 studios in total.
In the house that is near the beach, there are eight studios - two 2 bed studios, five 3 bed studios and one 4 bed studio. The 2 bed studios are on the upper floor and have two single beds. All 3 bed studios in this building has one double and one single bed while the 4 bed studio (located on the upper floor) has one double bed and bunk bed. Studios in this building have a direct or side sea view.
The second building has eight units arranged on two floors, ground floor and the first floor - one 2 bed studio, three 3 bed studios, two 4 bed studios and two 5 bed studios. The 2 bed studio is located on the upper floor and has one double bed while the 3 bed studios have one double and one single bed. The 4 bed studios are located on the ground floor and they are equipped with one double bed and bunk bed and the 5 bed studios (located on the ground floor) have one double, a single and bunk bed.
All accommodation units has a kitchen equipped with basic appliances.
Two-bed studios are 20m2, three-bed 25m2, four-bed 30m2 and five-bed 40m2.
Cleaning is done every day while the change of bed linen and towels is done every third day.
Parking is provided for all guests.
Coming from the direction of Limenas, you can easily spot the accommodation on your right side because it is well marked.
If you want accommodation near to the beach, Lazaridi can be a good choice.

Owners description
Home Apartment Lazaridi is a new complex of studios. It is situated in a quiet village of Skala Rachoniou in northern part of the island 30m from sea, 12km from capital and 6km from main port.
Studio Lazaridis consists of 17 studios placed in two buildings. All of them have view on sea. They are new, clean, sunny and always well kept by the staff of studio. Every studio consists of facilities that you need for relaxing holiday TV, air condition, kitchen, refrigerator, private balcony, private shower, parking and private beach. We have different types of apartments to choose. All of them have private bath, private parking and beach 30m from studios.
First building was established in 2015. It consists of 9 studios: 2 bed studios for 2 people, 3 bed studios for 3 people, 4 bed studios for 4 people. All of them have plenty of space 30 square meters.
In 2016. we are getting bigger. Another building is ready for tourists. It consists of 8 new studios: two 2 bed studios, two 4 bed studios and four 3 bed studios. New building is 30 meters far away from the first one. Interior and exterior in both buildings is completely the same.
We also have family apartment (60m2) that consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. One bedroom has one double bed, and second bedroom has one double and one single bed. Lounge has settee which can be used as a bed. Kitchen also has a table and chairs. Outside is a big balcony with umbrella and seats.
Here you can find very clean and picturesque sandy beach with restaurants, snack bar, beach bars, tennis club, water sports and supermarkets. The Studio Lazaridi is perfect for family holidays and young people who want to discover the green island treasure of Eagean sea Thassos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Studio je blizu plaze. Kupatilo je lepo. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena posudjem, frizider dobro hladi, ringle se brzo zagrevaju. Kafanice su blizu. U okolini postoje plaze sa prirodnim hladom: Pahis, Skala Rahoni, Ariba, Papa, i par neimenovanih. Idealno za malu decu i neplivace jer je plitko. Ima skoljkica, a dno mora je u vecini slucajeva pescano. Providna je voda i jako topla. Nema talasa.

Letovanje je proslo,baterije napunjene.smestaj je zadovoljavajući mada imam zamerku posto sam naveo da hocu sa terasom,a nas smestaj je imao terasu ali si morao izaci iz sobe kroz hodnik pa napolju,tako da bi to oznacio kao svacija terasa a ne nasa,dok su drugi imali izlaz iz sobe na terasu,mozda da su malo madraci udobniji posto se osecaju federi i nisu za najbolji odmor,ali zato čistoća je na vrhuncu za svaku pohvalu,čak i vise nego se moglo ocekivati,a uz to i ljubaznost domaćina za svaku pohvalu,ali leto je da kupas i opustis pa sve lose zaboravis i vratis se u stvarnost svim svojim redovnim aktivnostima i samo pamtis jos jedno lepo leto,zahvaljujem se jos jednom domaćinu i nikani za ovo provedeno letovanje

Studio Lazaridi je vrlo dobar smestaj u mirnom mestu, na dobroj lokaciji, u neposrednoj blizini plaze i velikog parkinga. Smestaj je cist, svaki dan se ciste podovi i iznosi smece, a posteljina i peskiri se menjaju na 4-5 dana. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i uvek spremno da izadje u susret. Nedosatak je jedino los wi-fi, ako neko mora zbog posla da ima pristup internetu, neki dan.
