Spyros Villa is located in a peaceful setting, between the idyllic villages of Skala Rahoni and Skala Prinos on the northwest coast of Thassos Island. Away from the crowds, and just 600 meters from the sandy beach, this accommodation offers the perfect environment for a relaxing vacation. With a modern and functional design, surrounded by greenery and nature, it is ideal for those seeking privacy, tranquility, and a getaway from daily life.

This complex consists of five identical maisonettes located on the elevated ground floor, each designed to accommodate seven people. Each maisonette spans three levels. The first level, in the basement, has two bedrooms with double beds. The second level, on the elevated ground floor, features a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The third level, on the first floor, offers a sleeping area with a double bed, which is not separated by a door from the lower level, and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate one person.

Guests have access to air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic burners and a large oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy the veranda equipped with seating furniture and prepare a barbecue with family and friends.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owners and with an additional charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. A cleaning fee is mandatory for all bookings at the end of the stay.

Guests can park their vehicles within the accommodation complex.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
