Owners description
Spyros Villa is situated 600m from the sandy beach and not far from the village of Skala Rachoni, a peaceful place in the northwest of the island of Thassos. The town center, which includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pastry shops, a gas station and a large market, is located 2.7km away.
Within this accommodation complex, there are five maisonettes on the high ground floor, identically furnished and intended for accommodation for seven people. Each of them spreads over three levels. On the first level, in the basement, there are two bedrooms with double beds, on the second level, on the high ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the third level, on the first floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed, which is not separated by door from the lower level, and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa where one person can sleep.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda equipped with seating furniture and prepare a barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory additional charge for cleaning service at the end of the stay.
Guests can park their vehicles within the accommodation complex.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
