Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Leni Qua View House is situated in the vicinity of the village of Epanomi, near the Gulf of Thessaloniki. This spacious and comfortable villa is isolated and away from settlements, offering a perfect haven for guests who seek tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of tourist spots. The accommodation is 9 km from the village center, with the nearest beach 7.2 km away.
The three-bedroom apartment, designed to accommodate up to nine adults and two children, is a two-level maisonette. The lower level, at the first-floor level, has a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The upper level, on the second-floor level, features a bedroom, an open gallery with a sleeping area, and a bathroom. One bedroom and the open gallery each have a double bed, another bedroom has bunk beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds intended for children, while the living room has three single beds.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot and a high chair.
Guests can enjoy free WiFi, satellite TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a toaster.
Guests can spend their leisure time on one of the four furnished balconies, enjoying views of the garden, the Aegean Sea, Mount Olympus, and the Gulf of Thessaloniki.

Upon request and included in the price, pets are allowed in this accommodation.
