Leni Qua View House is located near the village of Epanomi, near the Thermaic Gulf. This spacious and comfortable villa is secluded and away from settlements, so it can provide a complete experience of peace, away from any noise and hustle of tourist places, for those guests who seek such a form of relaxation and tranquility. The accommodation is 9km away from the village center, while the nearest beach is at a distance of 7.2km.
The three-bedroom apartment, designed for a maximum of nine adults and two children, is structured as a maisonette on two levels. On the lower level, at the level of the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. On the upper level, at the level of the second floor, there is a bedroom, an open gallery with sleeping space, and a bathroom. One bedroom and the open gallery have a double bed each, the second bedroom has bunk beds, the third bedroom has two single beds for children, and the living room has three single beds.
Upon request and included in the price, guests have access to a baby cot and a feeding high chair.
Guests are offered free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.
Guests can spend their pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the courtyard, the Aegean Sea, Mount Olympus and the Thermaic Gulf, on one of the four furnished balconies.
In the enclosed yard, surrounded by olive trees, guests can enjoy a break from beach visits. There are outdoor showers, sun loungers, and seating sets in the yard, as well as a barbecue.
Upon request and included in the price, pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, as well as replacing the bed linen and towels provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
