Soli Apartment is located in Nea Epivates, just 70 meters away from the beach, 15 kilometers from the Waterland water park, and 29 kilometers from Thessaloniki. Within a few meters from the accommodation, you can find bakeries, supermarkets, taverns, bars, and everything else you might need.
The apartment, situated on the ground floor and designed to accommodate up to four adults, comprises a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room is equipped with a sofa for one person and a fold-out armchair.
This air-conditioned apartment, with the air conditioning unit located in the living room, offers guests amenities such as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and an electric kettle.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.06.2024 to 30.09.2024, for stays of 10 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
