Grammatiki House is a solid choice for families and couples who’d like to enjoy in the safety, peace and beauty of a neat and clean area close to the Paradissos beach in Neos Marmaras. A spacious, enclosed and well-maintained courtyard with a beautiful lawn, barbecue and natural shade is ideal for hours of relaxation. Accommodation units are air-conditioned, with mosquito nets, and there’s also internet available.

House is located in Neos Marmaras, in the Paradissos area, 150m from the beach, 100m from the well-known Dimitris tavern, cafes and shops, and 600m from the entrance to Neos Marmaras.

There are 10 studios on the ground floor (three steps above the ground level) and on the first floor. The studios have one double and one armchair bed, a kitchenette with with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a fridge with freezer, a bathroom with shower tray and a curtain, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a private terrace with awning, nice sitting set and a drying rack. Guests can get a hairdryer upon request. With an extra charge one extra bed can be added, but in that way the space is becoming much smaller. Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is performed after three nights.

There’s a spacious and enclosed courtyard with a beautiful lawn and plenty of greenery, natural shade and a large parking with enough space behind the house.

Following the road to Neos Marmaras in the Paradisos area, after passing the big parking of Star Paradise Hotel (on your right), turn into the first street to the right and continue ahead (for about 130m) towards the next crossroad, then take a left and 50m later you’ll be in front of Grammatiki House.

If you’re looking for neat and decent accommodation, on a quiet and safe location, close to the beach, Grammatiki House can be a great choice for you.

The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful place, clean and tidy, an excellent base for visiting the other beaches on Sithonia. All in all, a 9+ out of 10, of course!

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
