Accommodation description

Athanasiadis Studios are cozy and comfortable studios located in Paralia Vrasna, in the region of Agios Georgios. This accommodation, located on the beach itself, only 15 m away from the actual sand and the sea, in addition to offering guests the option of waking up in the morning with a sea view or the mountain view, also ensures a carefree stay, far from everyday stress and all this just 300 m away from the center of the resort.

The facility consists of a total of eighteen studios of various capacities, located on the ground floor, the first or the second floor, and is intended for the stay of up to two, three or four adults. All accommodation units comprise one room that combines the kitchen and the sleeping area, as well as the bathroom. In all studios, guests have at their disposal a double bed, while in three-bed and four-bed studios, depending on the capacity, one or two additional single beds are provided.

A baby cot is not available in this accommodation.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a wireless internet connection, as well as with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a stove with two hotplates, as well as with a small refrigerator featuring a freezer compartment.

The special charm of this accommodation is the possibility of enjoying the beautiful open space, on the balcony or the porch, which are equipped with seating furniture and are part of each accommodation unit, and which, depending on the room, offer a view of the mountain and rich greenery or the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.

It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.

Cleaning and the service of changing bed linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to provide these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation unit.

Private parking spaces are not provided for guests of this accommodation, and guests can park their vehicles along the street.

Athanasiadis Studios offers the possibility of a carefree stay, unencumbered by planning transportation or early departures to the beach, but provides guests with the beach access literally at their doorstep. Should guests, however, wish to embark on an adventure of exploring the region of Agios Georgios and beyond, it is important to note that this accommodation is 7 km away from Stavros, 60 km from Ierissos, while the nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 97 km away.

The furniture is quite old and gives off a damp, moldy smell. The bathroom is in a very poor condition: the shower did not work, and the tap on the bathroom sink was faulty. Overall, more attention should be paid to hygiene. The only positives are the great location and that we stayed for three nights—otherwise, it wouldn’t be worth it. The studio is actually an enclosed terrace and is very small. It says it can accommodate four people, but there’s not enough space. They do not provide towels, and there is no parking.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
