Terra Holiday Homes, a complex located on a plot of 3.5 hectares, surrounded by trees, lawns, plants, and flowers, is located in Asprovalta, a quiet resort ideal for families with children. Still, it can also be an excellent choice for younger generations, as it offers rich nightlife and entertainment. This accommodation is 1.4 km away from the beach in the town.
Terra Holiday Homes offers, apartments and studios, on one or two levels, arranged on the ground floor or the upper ground floor, and that can accommodate up to five adults. The double studio has a bathroom and a kitchen with a sofa for two people. The studios, which by their structure are maisonettes on two levels, on the lower level, on the ground floor, have a bathroom and a kitchen within there is a sofa for two people, while on the second level, in the attic, within the open gallery, they have a sleeping area with double bed. The two-bedroom apartment has a double bed in each bedroom, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Netflix streaming platform, a bathroom equipped with toiletries and cosmetics, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two glass ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment in all accommodation units except the two-bedroom suites, which has a large refrigerator with freezer.
In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, with stone paths, a carpet-like lawn, a garden with lots of greenery and flowers, as well as beautiful lamps that make the evenings especially romantic, you can find a lot of content, both for you and your little ones, whether you want to relax on sunbeds in the courtyard, drink your favorite drinks on one of the seating area, or enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends in the summer kitchen specially created for that purpose, while your youngest have fun on the children's playground, which is integral part of the estate.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. This accommodation offers its guests, as part of the price, laundry services where you can wash and iron your clothes.
One parking space per accommodation unit is provided for guests in the yard.
Terra Holiday Homes is located 11 km from the popular resort of Stavros, 3 km from Nea Vrasna, and 98 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Zdravo, da li je slobodno, i ako jeste, koja je cena za 2 odrasla i 2 dece (5 i 1 godina) od 16. do 18. avgusta (2 noći)

Postovanje, iz nekog razloga ja ne mogu da popunim polje za datum i broj osoba. Probala sam vise puta za vise smestaja. Mozete li da mi kazete za vilu Terra Holliday da li ima nesto slobodno za troje odraslih i dvoje dece od 13. Do 23. Avgusta. Datum nije fiksan, idemo nasim kolima. Hvala najlepse
