Terra Holiday Homes, a complex situated on a 3.5-hectare plot surrounded by trees, lawns, plants, and flowers, is located in Asprovalta, a quiet resort ideal for families with children, yet equally an excellent choice for younger generations, as it offers a vibrant nightlife and entertainment. This accommodation is 1.4 km from the town beach, and the shore can be reached quickly and easily, allowing guests to combine the peace and beauty of Terra Holiday Homes’ tranquil surroundings with the amenities of nearby cafés and restaurants.
Terra Holiday Homes offers apartments and studios of various layouts, on one or two levels, arranged on the ground floor, upper ground floor, or first floor. On the ground floor, there is one double studio and two two-bedroom apartments; on the upper ground floor, there is one two-bedroom apartment and two four-person studios on two levels, i.e. on the ground floor and first floor. The double studio can accommodate up to two guests, while each four-person studio can accommodate up to four guests. The three two-bedroom apartments are designed for up to five adults. The double studio includes a bathroom and a kitchen area with a sofa for two people. The two four-person studios on the ground floor include a bathroom and a kitchen with a comfortable sofa for two people, while on the first floor, within the open sleeping area, there is a spacious double bed. The two-bedroom apartments provide additional comfort: each bedroom in these apartments has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa for one person, offering flexibility when accommodating larger families or groups of friends.
On request and at no extra charge, a baby cot is provided to guests, demonstrating attentiveness to the needs of the youngest guests and allowing parents to travel with their little ones without additional luggage burdens. Thanks to these amenities, families can feel fully at ease, knowing that everything they need for a getaway from everyday life is at hand.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and the Netflix platform for enjoying favorite series and films. Each bathroom is equipped with toiletries and cosmetics, and a hairdryer is also provided. The kitchen is functionally appointed and includes a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine in all units, while a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment is available in all units except in the two-bedroom apartments, where there is a large refrigerator with a freezer. This modern array of appliances allows guests to prepare even the most elaborate culinary specialties or to enjoy a quick breakfast before a full day on the beach.
The double studio has a private terrace, while the two four-person studios have both a standard balcony on the first floor and a private terrace on the ground floor. One two-bedroom apartment has a standard balcony, while the other two apartments have private terraces. The courtyard is carefully landscaped and maintained. It is adorned with beautiful stone paths winding through a lush, well-kept lawn, while the garden abounds with greenery and floral arrangements, and charming lanterns create a romantic atmosphere in the evenings. In the courtyard, a wide range of amenities is available for both adults and children. Guests can relax on sun loungers placed in the shade or enjoy their favorite drinks while unwinding on one of the seating sets. They can also gather around the gazebo to prepare culinary specialties on the barbecue. There is a dedicated area for the youngest guests: children can play safely on the playground, which is an integral part of the estate, while parents enjoy the various offerings this exceptional courtyard provides.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, ensuring maximum cleanliness and tranquility throughout the complex.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the changing of bed linen and towels, is performed every third day. Additionally, Terra Holiday Homes includes in its price extra sets of towels and bed linen that guests can change themselves, which greatly simplifies longer stays and allows guests to feel as if they were at home.
One parking space per accommodation unit is provided for guests within the courtyard, ensuring the safety of vehicles throughout the stay at Terra Holiday Homes.
Terra Holiday Homes is located 11 km from the popular resort of Stavros and 3 km from Nea Vrasna. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki International Airport, 98 km away. Thanks to good transportation connections, traveling to the complex and further to nearby attractions and points of interest on Kassandra will be simple and enjoyable.

Zdravo, da li je slobodno, i ako jeste, koja je cena za 2 odrasla i 2 dece (5 i 1 godina) od 16. do 18. avgusta (2 noći)

Postovanje, iz nekog razloga ja ne mogu da popunim polje za datum i broj osoba. Probala sam vise puta za vise smestaja. Mozete li da mi kazete za vilu Terra Holliday da li ima nesto slobodno za troje odraslih i dvoje dece od 13. Do 23. Avgusta. Datum nije fiksan, idemo nasim kolima. Hvala najlepse
