Stella Apartment is located in Perea, 90m from the beach and 14km from the water amusement park Waterland. Just a few meters from the accommodation there is a bakery, a supermarket, taverns, bars, and everything you may need.
The apartment, which is located on the first floor of a residential building with three floors, that does not have an elevator, has a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of four adults, while adding an extra bed in the bedroom allows a fifth person to stay. There is a double bed in the bedroom, an extra fold-out bed can be added on request, and a sofa for two people in the living room. On request, within the price, it is possible to add a baby cot.
In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates, and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on the furnished balcony on two sides of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed after the eighth day for guests staying longer than 10 days, while bed linen and towels are not changed for stays of less than 10 days.
No parking space is provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space near the apartment.
Stella Apartment is at a distance of 24 km from the center of Thessaloniki and at a distance of 11 km from the airport in Thessaloniki.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
