Nestled in the suburbs of Thessaloniki, in the town of Perea, it awaits its first guests, just a 2-minute walk from the breathtaking sunset and the waves of the Aegean Sea, with bakeries, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The family who owns Movie Stars Apartments has been involved in the film industry for many years, hence the desire for the apartments to be named after stars of the silver screen and for each one to tell its own cinematic story through carefully selected details and photographs.
The apartment named after the enchanting Marilyn Monroe (area 27m² + balcony 13m²) is suitable for up to four people and consists of a living room with a sofa for two, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom features a double bed.
The apartment named after the famous Robert De Niro (area 36m² + balcony 15m²) is the largest in our selection and can accommodate five people. A fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a spacious living room with a sofa for two, make it ideal for a multi-member family.
The Al Pacino apartment (area 32m² + balcony 17m²) is named after the celebrated American actor, and his photos will remind you of his fantastic roles and film achievements. It is suitable for a maximum of four people, with a spacious living room with a sofa for two and a bedroom with a double bed to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
All apartments are located on the first floor of the building.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be added.
Within these air-conditioned apartments, with independent cooling units in the bedroom and living room, guests have at their disposal a smart flat-screen TV with local and satellite channels, optical internet, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine. Beach towels can be rented with a deposit. The apartments feature spacious bathrooms with a shower cabin and a solar water heater.
On warm summer days, guests can relax on the terrace furnished with seating set.
Small pets up to 35cm are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and at no extra charge.
Depending on the length of stay, cleaning of the units and changing of bed linen and towels takes place on average every five days.
The property has a private parking located below the apartments, on the ground floor.
Thanks to cooperation with certain local restaurants, our guests will receive a discount at their establishments.
The accommodation is located 11km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki. What makes the town of Perea ideal for a family vacation is its several kilometers long beach, lined with restaurants and cafes, where sunbeds are provided with a purchase of drinks.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
The prices refer to a stay of seven nights. For shorter stays there is an extra charge for cleaning service.
