Only a few steps from the beach, in Nea Roda, is Katerina Rodon Apartments. It is an excellent choice for all those who want to have absolutely everything at their fingertips.

The market is only 100m from the accommodation, and the beach with cafes and taverns is about 50m away.

There are only five accommodation units on the first floor - two studios, two one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. Studios (no. 2 and 4) and apartments with one bedroom (no. 1 and 3) are identical, they all have one double bed and one single bed, the only difference is that the apartment has a kitchen in one room and a bedroom in the bedroom all beds. In accommodation units no. 1 and 4, an extra bed can be added for an extra charge. The larger apartment has two single beds in both bedrooms and, if necessary, an extra bed can be added to one of them for an additional fee. The kitchen is in a separate room. In apartments (except in duplexes), all beds are in the bedroom.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, internet, TV, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. A hair dryer can be provided if needed. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area with a curtain. All balconies have a table and chairs and face the street.

The accommodation does not have a yard, and therefore no parking, but you can park in front of and around the accommodation.

As the place itself is easy to navigate, you will also find accommodation very easily. Coming from the direction of Jerisos, after the Elin gas station, turn off the main road into the second street on the left. Continue straight for 400m and you will see accommodation on the right.

If proximity to the beach and the facilities of the place is important to you, then Katerina Rodon Apartments is the right choice for you.

An excellent location; perhaps the owner could refresh the inventory a bit, but even so, it is not bad.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 29 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

For reservations of up to 7 nights, the required deposit is 50%.
Children up to 12 years stay for free if sleeping in bed with parents or in existing bed.
Extra bed, if available, is charged extra cost, 10 euros per bed.
