The apartment is carefully designed in a Mediterranean style, where soft shades of blue and white blend harmoniously, creating a pleasant, bright, and relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to its exceptional location, the sea, promenade, restaurants, and cafés are only a few steps away, making NN Apartment an ideal choice for those who want to experience the authentic charm of Perea and enjoy a holiday filled with ease and Mediterranean ambiance.

Situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator, NN Apartment offers a comfortable stay for up to four adults. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, all thoughtfully arranged to provide guests with a sense of comfort and home. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

The apartment offers full comfort during the stay, with two air conditioners ensuring a pleasant temperature even on the hottest summer days. Guests have access to WiFi internet and a flat-screen TV for relaxation and connectivity during their holiday, while the kitchen is modernly equipped with four ceramic cooktops, a large oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as smaller appliances such as a coffee machine and toaster. Additional convenience is provided by a hairdryer.

Guests also have access to two balconies, one of which is intended for everyday practical use such as drying laundry, while the other, more spacious balcony is an ideal place for relaxation. Equipped with seating furniture, it offers a perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee, reading a favorite book, or relaxing during warm summer evenings.

Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request, and their stay is included in the price.

Cleaning and linen/towel change services are not provided, but can be arranged for an additional fee. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment.

Private parking is not provided, but vehicles can be parked on the street nearby.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
