Our description
Sofi and Nick Rooms is the accommodation on the main road, 1,7km from the center of Stavros. It has seven studios and rooms for 2-3 persons, with the possibility of connecting one studio and a room in a quintuple apartment. Guests van also use the gym and fitness studio for free.
The beach is about 1,5km away and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
Studios (20-22m2) have one double bed or one double and a single bed. There are four large triple studios as well as three smaller double units with one double bed, two of which have no kitchen inside the room but a separate one in the hallway.
One studio with a kitchen and a triple room, with a bathroom in-between, can be connected into the apartment. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the apartment is five.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a terrace and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped, with a small fridge and a hot plate, and the bathrooms have a shower without a curtain. If someone needs a laundry service (free of charge), please contact the owner.
The guests themselves maintain hygiene in their units, and if someone needs towels or linen, please contact the owner (valid for a stay longer than 10 nights).
Next to the accommodation, there is a space where you can park.
The accommodation is modest and a good choice for less demanding guests, arriving with their own vehicle and want to be a little farther from the center. The facility was last renovated in 2014.

Owners description
This apartment hotel is located on the main street of Stavros, at 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and the center. The apartments are ideal for tourists traveling individually by car.
The apartments are double or triple, air conditioned and fully equipped (bathroom, refrigerator and a small kitchen). All of them have a balcony as well.
On the ground floor you can find a well equipped fitness room which can be used by the guests free of charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odnos cena/kvalitet jako dobra. Ima frižider, rešo, klimu. Vlasnici jako ljubazni. Mane: Kuća je pored puta, zna da bude bučniji zbog saobraćaja. Udaljenost od plaže i centra je malo veći, što nije problem ako ste kolima

Sve je bilo odlično, smeštaj čist, uredan. Jedino što je udaljeno od plaže, inače za drugo nemamo zamerke sve je bilo super. ☺️

Studio je odličan u odnosu na cenu smeštaja, topla voda konstatno je imala (baš topla ne mlaka i čas ima čas nema), frižider, rešo kao i klima radili odlično, vlasnici Sofija i Nik izuzetno ljubazni i izlaze u susret svim zahtevima stanara. Pored toga korišćenje teretane besplatno. Sve u svemu izuzetno sam zadovoljan.
