Hotel Description

The Natassa Villa hotel is located on a hill near Pachis Beach. It is a very nice and wanted complex, which has a tiled parking, a yard with playground for children, a swimming pool and a poolside bar.

It is a 33-room complex consisting of a main building and an annex, featuring a reception area, a large lobby, a restaurant-style dining room, and a charming covered balcony furnished with tables and chairs that provide breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

The small, beautiful Glyfoneri Beach, with its natural shade and shallows, is about 400m away from Hotel Natassa, and 700 meters from Pachis.

Hotel Natassa has a total of 17 double rooms, 14 rooms that can accommodate three or four people, one deluxe suite and one apartment. The layout of the beds varies, 12 double rooms have one double bed and five two single beds. Double rooms can have sea, mountain or garden view. Of the rooms for three or four people, three rooms (two overlooking the courtyard, one overlooking the mountain) have one double bed and bunk beds, and the remaining 10 are equipped with one double bed and two single beds. We would like to note that the superior rooms with a view of the courtyard are located in the annex building, which is separated from the main building by a parking lot.

From 2019, we also offer 4 Bed Apartment, Deluxe (4 + 1) (40m2) which has a separate bedroom from the living room, bathroom and terrace with beautiful sea views. It is consistef of one double and two sofa beds. We must mention that the bathroom in this accommodation unit is not standard, ie it is located within the living room and is separated from that part only by a wall that has no door. The shower cabin is also located in the living room, it is glazed and the central part is sandblasted. The toilet is located in a separate room next to the shower.

From 2019, there is also a 3 Bed Superior Room (up to 20m2) with a sea view, which also has a shower and a sink within the room. It has one double bed and one sofa bed. Both units are located on the last floor.

From 2020, there is a new Deluxe apartment (45m2) on the third floor, which has a view of the yard, with one double bed and a sofa bed for two people. It is possible to put a fifth, extra bed in this unit.

All accommodation units are equipped with beautiful, comfortable and modern furniture, air conditioning, mini bar, TV, safe and hairdryer. All have newer bathrooms with modern sanitary ware and tiles, as well as separate balconies overlooking the greenery and the sea or the surrounding hills and mountains. The size of standard rooms ranges from 18-25m2.

Sun beds and umbrellas are free around the pool but also on the beach in front of the Akti Belvedere Hotel owned by the same family.

WiFi internet is available in the hotel lobby and in individual rooms and is free of charge for hotel guests.

Accommodation is based on half board (breakfast is buffet style, and dinner is a choice of four dishes). During the high season (from 01.07. to 31.08.) it is not possible to pay for half board.

Towels are changed every 2 days, bed sheets on every 3rd day and cleaning is done every day.

The yard is nicely decorated and includes a parking lot.

It is advisable for guests to have their own or rented car, since the nearest market is 2-3 kilometers away from the hotel in Skala Rachoni or 8km in Limenas, as well as the first bakery, confectionery shop, pharmaciy, boutique, promenade, a larger selection of restaurants. Those who are not motorized will certainly miss nothing, because the beach is also accessible by foot, and there are some good restaurants along the Glyphoneri - Pachis trail.

The Natassa hotel villa is located on the left side of the main road (above the main road) that connects Limenas and Skala Rachoni, near the beaches of Glyphoneri and Pachis, at a distance of about 8km from the new port of Limenas. A large, easily visible sign stands right at the turn for the hotel, next to the main road (shown in the photos for easy reference.

If you want to be close to the capital and near beautiful beaches with natural shade then Natassa villa can be a good choice.

The hotel staff and the beach personnel are exceptionally courteous. The girl from the hotel bar is a true gem of hospitality. The hygiene standards are remarkably high.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The surcharge for half board is 18€ per day for adults and 15€ per day for children up to 12 years old. During the peak season (from July 1st to August 31st), it is not possible to book half board.
