Hotel Description

Sofi and Nick Rooms is the accommodation on the main road, 1,7km from the center of Stavros. It has seven studios and rooms for 2-3 persons, with the possibility of connecting one studio and a room in a quintuple apartment. Guests can also use the gym and fitness studio for free.

The beach is about 1,5km away and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

Studios (20-22m²) feature either one double bed or one double and one single bed. The offer includes four large triple studios, as well as one double studio with a double bed.

One studio with a kitchen and a triple room, with a bathroom in-between, can be connected into the apartment. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the apartment is five.

This accommodation also offers a two-bedroom apartment for four adults and one child. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has bunk beds.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a terrace and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped, with a small fridge and a hot plate, and the bathrooms have a shower without a curtain. If someone needs a laundry service (free of charge), please contact the owner.

The guests themselves maintain hygiene in their units, towels or bed linen replacement is made every 5 days (valid for stays longer than 10 days).

Next to the accommodation, there is a space where you can park.

The accommodation is modest and a good choice for less demanding guests, arriving with their own vehicle and want to be a little farther from the center. The facility was last renovated in 2014.

Everything was excellent; the accommodation was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the distance from the beach, but apart from that, we have no complaints; everything was great. 😊

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
