Accommodation description

Marita Haus is located only 60m away from the sandy beach in Sarti. In its vicinity is everything one family needs during their vacation. The accommodation is modest, but on the excellent location.

Right next to the accommodation is a market and across it is one of the best bakeries in Sarti. In its vicinity are also taverns, while the center of the place is around 300m away.

There are eleven accommodation units: eight studios and three apartments.

Four studios (no. 2, 3, 4, 5) are on the upper ground floor, and four (no. 6, 7, 8 and 9) are on the first floor. The studios are equipped with a double bed and one single bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Studios no. 2, 3, 8, and 9 have a side sea view, studios no. 4 and 5 have a street view, and no. 6 and 7 have a mountain view.

Apartment No. 1 has a double bed in each bedroom and a separate kitchen, while Apartment No. 10 has a double bed and a single bed in both the bedroom and the kitchen area. Both apartments have a shower cabin in the bathroom. Apartment No. 1 is located on the raised ground floor and faces the street, while Apartment No. 10 is on the first floor and has a side sea view.

Apartment No. 11, located on the second floor, has one double bed in both the bedroom and the kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower enclosed by a glass partition.

All accommodation units have TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and balcony. Kitchen is standardly equipped, it has hotplates and small fridge. Air condition use is extra charged. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after five days. Laundry service is also extra charged.

The courtyard is hidden from the noise because it is inside of the building. It is a real oasis of peace and greenery. Private parking doesn’t exist, but in front is a public parking.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, across villa Doxa (which is on the right) there is a street which leads towards the football field. Turn in that street, then to second left, again in the fourth right and right on the beginning you will see the house on the left. It is clearly marked, so you will not miss it.

Marita Haus is an ideal accommodation for all those who want to have everything close - beach, as well as the other features.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
