Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for SartiMarita Haus is located only 60m away from the sandy beach in Sarti. In its vicinity is everything one family needs during their vacation. The accommodation is modest, but on the excellent location.
Right next to the accommodation is a market and across it is one of the best bakeries in Sarti. In its vicinity are also taverns, while the center of the place is around 300m away.
There are eleven accommodation units: eight studios and three apartments.
Four studios (no. 2, 3, 4, 5) are on the upper ground floor, and four (no. 6, 7, 8 and 9) are on the first floor. The studios are equipped with a double bed and one single bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. Studios no. 2, 3, 8, and 9 have a side sea view, studios no. 4 and 5 have a street view, and no. 6 and 7 have a mountain view.
Apartment No. 1 has a double bed in each bedroom and a separate kitchen, while Apartment No. 10 has a double bed and a single bed in both the bedroom and the kitchen area. Both apartments have a shower cabin in the bathroom. Apartment No. 1 is located on the raised ground floor and faces the street, while Apartment No. 10 is on the first floor and has a side sea view.
Apartment No. 11, located on the second floor, has two joined single beds in both the bedroom and the kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower enclosed by a glass partition.
All accommodation units have TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen and balcony. Kitchen is standardly equipped, it has hotplates and small fridge. Air condition use is extra charged. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after five days. Laundry service is also extra charged.
The courtyard is hidden from the noise because it is inside of the building. It is a real oasis of peace and greenery. Private parking doesn't exist, but in front is a public parking.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you enter Sarti, across villa Doxa (which is on the right) there is a street which leads towards the football field. Turn in that street, then to second left, again in the fourth right and right on the beginning you will see the house on the left. It is clearly marked, so you will not miss it.
Marita Haus is an ideal accommodation for all those who want to have everything close - beach, as well as the other features.

We have chosen to build our complex Hausmarita studios in the seductive beach of Sarti, which is located on the east side of Sithonia.
A complex that is located just beside the sea and it offers its visitors a remarkable view of Mount Athos.Hausmarita studios have been decorated with unique style in traditional and modern architecture so as to cover all tastes and give its visitors the sense of practicality and comfort.
On the sandy beach, you have the opportunity to enjoy the crystal clear water that is ideal for children. You will immediately understand the reason why this magical beach is constantly rewarded with the blue flag.Building consist of 11 fully equipped units, specially designed to offer you a relaxing and pleasant stay. Each studio is constituted by a single spacious unit with modern furnish and discreet decoration. The big apartments are constituted of three separated spaces, a kitchen, and two bedrooms. Their combination with the garden makes them ideal for families.
In the garden, you can enjoy your lunch and drinks.
All of our units have an air-conditioning, a private bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator, satellite TV, private balcony with sea or mountain view.
Extra offers: baby-cot, iron, washing machine (extra charge), car rental services (extra charge), a transfer from and to the airport (extra charge).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

U potpunosti smo zadovoljni smeštajem, lokacija je odlična, na manje od 5 min.do plaže. Gazda smeštaja je bio ljubazan, primio nas je i pre standardnog vremena za check in, jer smo poranili u dolasku. Dok se soba sređivala, mogli smo da ostavimo stvari kod njih, kao i na dan puta, nakon check out- a, dok nam prevoz nije stigao.

Dobar dan, vidim da je za period od 13. jula do 22. slobodan apartaman za 4. osobe u Marita Hausu u Sartiju. Vidim da pise apartaman, ali po slikama ne zakljucujem bas najbolje, da li je spavaca soba odvojena i gde se nalazi krevet za druge dve osobe?
