Jo’s Apartment is located in Stavros, about 600 meters from the beach. The accommodation is positioned in a town that combines a holiday atmosphere, everyday amenities, and easy access to the coast. It is suitable for families and small groups who want a comfortable stay, with the possibility to use the beach, restaurants, shops, and promenade without needing to move far from the town center.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. The layout is designed to provide guests with a more comfortable stay, with enough space for rest, shared meals, and daily functioning during the vacation. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa for one person, while the other is equipped with two single beds.

For families traveling with a baby, a crib can be provided on request and at an extra charge, which can make organizing the stay easier and reduce the need to bring additional equipment from home.

The apartment’s equipment is adapted for guests who want a more comfortable and independent holiday. Air conditioners are located in the bedrooms, while WiFi and Smart TVs with access to apps for watching favorite content are available, adding to comfort and entertainment during the stay. The kitchen is equipped for everyday meal preparation, with a four‑burner stove, large oven, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, allowing guests to prepare meals, favorite drinks, or quick snacks. As an extra touch, the owners leave coffee capsules, toast, and jams in the kitchen. The apartment also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and a hair dryer, while shampoo, shower gel, and soap are provided in the bathroom.

The apartment has a balcony, giving guests additional outdoor space during the day. The balcony overlooks the street, in line with the property’s location in the more urban part of Stavros, close to everyday amenities.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. A basic set of bed linen and towels is provided, while clean linen and towels are delivered every three days, which guests change themselves.

The property does not have private parking, but street parking is possible near the building. This option can be practical for guests arriving by car, though availability depends on current free spaces.

Stavros is a resort in northern Greece, located on the coast of the Strymon Gulf, known for its long beach, promenade, and amenities that provide guests with a practical and pleasant holiday stay. The town has a developed tourist offering, with taverns, restaurants, cafés, markets, and shops, making it suitable for families, couples, and guests who want all basic facilities within easy reach during their holiday. The beach in Stavros is long and mostly organized, with sections offering sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as areas for guests using their own equipment. The sea is generally easily accessible, while the seaside promenade gives the town a lively atmosphere during summer evenings. Thanks to its location, Stavros can be a good starting point for visiting nearby places such as Asprovalta, Nea Vrasna, and Olympiada, as well as for exploring this part of northern Greece. The accommodation is about 80 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
