Villa Albanis is located in Kolios, a picturesque village just 6 k. from the town of Skiathos and 7 km. from the airport. In an environment dominated by the green, surrounded by pines and olive trees, the villa offers ideal conditions for peaceful and harmonious vacation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
