The renowned Modiano market, reconstructed and in a new look, is starting with a festive atmosphere. For those who have not been, the market is located on Aristotelous Square. There is always something happening, we would single out the Vegan Festival.

The Modiano market is a covered market, designed by Eli Modiano in 1925, in order to house the Central Food Market in Thessaloniki. The Ministry of Culture declared the market a historical monument in 1995, as a “typical example of a market with a gallery”.
After the reconstruction, this market stands shoulder to shoulder with famous markets such as San Miguel-Madrid, Boqueria-Barcelona.
This modern market consists of various food stores with quality products and restaurants.
